Hi, great video and very useful, however i've installed the last version of the tool and i am not able find any device (permissions are fine anche modules are all installed). Any advice on what could be wrong ? (I've used a gload admin account) Thank you very much! Greetings from Italy

With the tool a ll I get is "Error in search operation. Please ensure the Serialnumber or Devicename is valid"
