Well She still got better by removing those certain things it was just bc of the new things she started doing that led her to naturally not do the harmful things anymore
Actaully consuming some salt with your pre workout meal/snack/smoothie is good for you. Lowering salt consumption is generally good idea, just don't go too far :)
She likely didn't lose "fat" by cutting her salt she probably just lost some water weight since too much salt can cause our bodies to hold onto water and can make you look puffy. Especially if we're dehydrated the body tries to hold onto as much water as possible and makes you puffy. But our bodies need some sodium so never cut it out completely
@@berry-w-243it depends there zre healthy salts. Bad salts and sodium makes your body bloated and makes you gain face “fat” especially the double chin area
I cannot begin to tell you how helpful having a big meal is! It keeps me full for a long time without craving for a snack every now and then. I now eat 2 big meals and a snack instead of snacking throughout the day.
my husband lost 23 lbs for 3 months, I just change his meal habit, eat more protein, fruit, and vegetables, eat less carbo, he even didn't try to work out very hard, only jogging once a week 😅 the biggest change is he didn't craving for snack, if he craving snack, I just simply gv him fruit and he loves it. strict diet wouldn't work for him.
keep in mind!!! the coffee won't help everyone, especially if your coffee has sugar. sugar can increase cravings and so can caffeine + caffeine can also give you the risk of dehydration which is bad for your metabolism. if you want to get rid of waste more often then try something like fruits, nuts or even popcorn (great snack for losing weight btw, just don't drown it in butter or cheese dust)
I thought caffeine lowers appetite. For me I think, if I allow myself some sugar in my morning coffee, I don't have cravings for sugary snacks later at work. Guess everyone s different tho
also caffeine IS an addictive substance and u will eventually get to the point where your energy level relies on drinking it edit: im gonna come back to say this is toxic advice
But if you're going to drink coffee, it matters what you put in it. Like don't think drinking a bunch of iced coffee at Dunkin donuts will make you skinny. That's all sugar. And coffee makes you bloat anyway. Chai tea will make you 💩.
The eating more is definitely what helped me and I have PCOS so it really is crazy how much this helps. I haven’t even cut out dairy or gluten (which is often recommended for PCOS) and I DON’T exercise beyond a daily walk. I don’t know the science behind it but I will say my diet was extremely poor before I started eating more. My breakfast was usually just tea and a pastry and I generally didn’t have real meals, I’d just snack consistently and despite the fact that I am definitely eating more volume and more calories, I feel a lot better overall, not just weight wise. Don’t get me wrong though, I don’t eat a lot of junk food and *generally* try to meal prep but I certainly haven’t cut out any food groups, restaurants, sweet treats, etc. but actually feeling full has helped me reduce cravings and the amounts of these “guilty pleasures” that I’ll indulge in.
Yes, 100%. I also have PCOS, and only realised looking back that my symptoms got significantly worse when I developed disordered eating habits. I cut out gluten and limited dairy since celiac disease runs in my family, and I feel 10 times better than I did a few years ago.
Please note: you don’t need to drink coffee to have more regular bowel movement. Eat more fibre and drink plenty of water! Switch to whole grain carbs, eat plenty of fruits and veggies. Oatmeal and chia seeds are also great.
Its crazy that you posted this 😅 because right now my dietitian has me eating 3 balance meals a day. And its sometimes hard to do, balanced protien, carbs, veggies or/and fruit. It has helped me so much. My energy levels are better, I am fuller longer... My period cycle seems to be getting back on track. Its insane just doing that has helped me. I use to push myself to not eat until 3pm or so. But I've been feeling much better now that I eat more frequently.
I literally appreciate this so much, like it's literally just exist and you'll lose weight I like that:) it's crazy how a majority of people are under the impression, especially young girls that you have to do some crazy stuff to lose weight or stay skinny but I love how you emphasize eat a big meal, a big healthy meal because that is something I personally struggle with, feeling guilt about that kind of thing
Honestly, I know this is supposed to be inspiring and I really I am so happy for you. That’s awesome right now I’m trying to relearn how to love my body because I had this happen to me where I naturally lost weight changing a few of my habits without thinking about it, but then I went through a surgery on my leg so I couldn’t really do much for three months and I pretty much gained all the weight back I remember I used to be so happy that I just lost all this weight because it felt so easy but now it doesn’t feel so easy and it feels very daunting to think about so if there’s anyone else feeling this way, maybe it’s just me but I just wanna say remember that you’re beautiful and it might be harder for you to lose the weight but you got this and working hard on yourself just makes you stronger❤️
Our bodies change. I also lost weight ,,just like that" and after 2 years gained it back if not more. This feeling when your favorite clothes don't fit you anymore... But forcing any body changes is not good for us. I like to focus on being healthy - mentally, then physically, and move regularly and just take care of myself with love. If one day we feel like trying to change this weight in a good healthy way, go for it. If not, that's perfectly fine. Remember: health and happiness go first
I’m glad you told us how to lose weight in a healthy and realistic way. A bunch of influencers just promote romanticized EDs and I’m so grateful that’s you’re breaking the stigma that you don’t need to suffer to lose weight! ive had a fat face since i was a baby. in my early teen years, i was a competitive swimmer with a 6 pack and giant muscular thighs, but i still had the worst double chin and chubby cheeks. last year, i went through a huge period of stress and for 3 months i went from 62 to 52 kilograms. thats a lot of weight. My cheeks slimmed down just a tiiiinyyyy bit, but my double chin didn't move. for most people, face fat is genetic and is really only lost by aging or surgery. dieting might help a bit, but thats all.
Me too😢😢last year my weight is 67 kg and my current weight is 45 kg ...and my double chin still there😢but my chubby cheek gone...my face turn slim and small..
Aghhhh finally!! I’m so sick of seeing people trying to restrict eating so they’ll snack instead! That is not the way!! Meals are healthier, more filling, and better quality than snacks
45mint jogging in the morning 40mint workout in the evening 15mint yoga( just after the workout) Reading mental health related book or articles atleast for 10mint everyday Eating healthy home made food( I am not doing any kind of fasting at all, I don't even count my calorie or protein intake) That's it. My menstruation cycle is on track, no hormonal imbalance anymore, PCOS is managed. Now I can control my emotions. I feel so light. And sometimes I do treat myself with my favourite desert or a plate of momo as well (bcz mind satisfaction is necessary)
Protein awesome. Pilates amazing Ladies please don’t do cardio it will put weight on you. I’m 50 and slim yet muscular and I have NEVER done any running Ever!
Drink more water and do less salt & carb intake. If you're dehydrated or consume too much salt or carbs, your body will retain more water weight. If you drink a lot of water, it'll flush out salt, toxins, wastes, and help your body replenish blood cycle & flow. And if you dont like exercising, do at least 30min a day of light cardio/ walking should help too. But eating clean and balancing your diet is key. Salt & Carb (sugar, flour, bread, etc.) = retains more water weight. More Water & healthy diet balance + 30min exercise daily = reduce water weight & promotes weight loss
Y'all please don't go to using coffee/caffeine first as a diuretic, if you get enough fiber in your diet as well as keeping water intake up to get things moving, you should be fine. Most people can't poop because they are dehydrated af and don't eat enough fruits/ veggies with every meal 🤷🏽♀️
Sometimes it could be due to health issues, I recently learned I’m both gluten and dairy intolerant so I was very constipated and had the worst stomach pains before dropping milk, sour cream, bread, certain snacks, etc. that helped a lot. Constipation is no joke and you should check on why it is you’re constipated.
Ahhh to be young again. I used to jog 3 miles a day for 2 weeks, lost 10 lbs ❤ Yes!!! Ladies, eat your protein!! I got maybe 50 grams a day until I turned 52. I didn't understand why I worked out and still gained 20 lbs slowly. I now eat 85-100 grams protein daily. Lost 20 lbs in 6 months, worked out less, slept more, lots of water and protein. Start in your 40s and you won't gain the menopause stomach later! ❤
Wdym ..you doing workout but gain weight???what is that mean doing s lot of workout like twice/day and full in the week without rest make body gain weight??
@coffeevanilla2801 Correct, as an older woman, intense exercise stresses the body and increases cortisol. Cortisol creates abdominal body fat storage. It's better to take long walks, or take a recovery day between strenuous workouts. You will need to do heavier weight workouts too. ❤
I eat two big meals every day, one at 12:30pm that is during my lunch hour then have dinner before 20:00pm no snacks, I do drink water with lemon, cucumber, ginger and apple cider vinegar morning and evening , I am scared to weigh myself but I do feel good though it’s been a week and I wrote my weight down on my first day and I haven’t checked again
Im literally afraid my weight gain but i love food...last year i have bad relationship with food...i just eat little..no to my fav snack,no cake ,no sweet stuff..just eat one /day ...but more fruit and vegie...😢but august this year i change...i eat what i want...i eat my fav snack...cake but in portion...and i doing workout cardio everyday...twice/day and walking 5000 step...or 4 km everymorning...also fasting 2 days/week ...the result is my weight stabil in 45 kg...
yes but caffeine doesn't always work for everyone so for anyone trying these tips make sure to see if it suits u or not because i lost 8 pounds in like a month ,after i quit coffee and i didn't even change anything else in my usual routine
DO NOT LISTEN TO THE COFFEE THING pooping isn’t losing weight it’s losing fluids not body fat so no that won’t work also coffee has a lot of calories anywhere you go enless you are drinking black coffee than I’m telling u rn if u r drinking a lot of coffee you are gonna put on weight because of drinking your calories if you wanna naturally slim down stick to moving your body more and reading labels and eating things that are more filling so that u won’t eat as much 😩
I found liquids in general help with constipation. Track how much you drink in a day- including soups!- if you have constipation, because you're probably not getting enough. It WILL be hard to get your water intake up enough, so if you can't drink water plain, get something to flavor it. I prefer lemonade. Also, pick a consumption goal that is probably higher than what you actually need! This way, you can move the goal to where your needs lie if you hit your ideal under where your end goal actually is!
A fast way to loose face fat, will not loose it but temporary hide It for a couple hours is to rub or press ice on your face for 10min I use for my under my eyes but I also end up rubbing and pressing the ice on my entire face and it remove all of the fluids under you face, you also have to be in shape and actively and constantly working out and eating right for this to work. Whenever I have some face fat like bloating that can be caused from salt or unhealthy food intake or some visible eye bags, I just rub ice on my face for 10 min and it works I do this every 3 times a week or atleast once a week depending on what I ate! But most importantly do cardio, you don’t have to run just go on 2 hour walks or 1 hour walks with no breaks with a 45 pound vest and you’ll see results I do this every day, but I know since y’all are mostly girls and y’all are weak and won’t be able to walk for 2 hours with 45pounds on your back, at least try to walk for 20-30 minutes a day
This happened to me too lol someone told me my face got skinnier and i noticed it’s because i started eating protein and nutrients more instead of chips all day
The crazy part is she doesn't LOOK that much different, the things she noticed about herself appearance wise probably didn't occur to other people. But the changes are so healthy that she probably feels a lot better from within, plus the little bit of weight loss
No, you can tell. It's like at least 5 kg of pure fat. Water weight doesn't give this effect, sometimes people be like "I lost 8 kg" but there is barely any difference. It's because half of it was water.
Just working out even just a walk everyday or a little 30 min workout a few times a week CAN really help!! I literally never worked out, I’ve always been a lazy person . I used to be naturally skinny so it wasn’t an issue but I started gaining weight in my 20s. I was stuck at 145 lbs for more than a year, no matter what I did to my diet. But I started doing around 4000 steps walking everyday, and a little 30 min cardio every other day or so, and I lost 3 lbs in 1-2 weeks! Easy!! I may not lose too much weight only doing that, but I really am losing a little bit of lazy fat (aka my belly and double chin). That little movement & activity is beneficial anyways even if not trying to lose weight ❤
This video proved that all you need is a good routine and fulfil your body’s demands but just in a little bit healthy way. But we have to remember just becuz this routine works for her doesn’t mean it will work for everyone
Dieting does help.. But to those who feel week after dieting.. I suggest you not to. I lost weight just by doing workouts... Yes.. I did cut out sugar, drinks but rather than that my diet and food habits remained the same. The most simple thing to follow: The amount of food you eat must be equal to the amount of workout or exercises you do. Even a simple walk can help in that matter. Be confident yall.. ❤
Starting your day with a coffee to get going, eating regular meals with healthy protein and fat, and excercising with your sister sounds enjoyable and sustainable 👌🏼😎❣️
This happened to me when I lost weight lol. I had set the goal to get down to 165lbs from 175 but I had completely forgotten about that goal and was just biking a lot and saw I lost the weight when I randomly decided to check.
Thank you for being very straightforward and funn!! These actually don't seem stressful to do, as some ways to loose weight could be stressful or possibly overbearing? But what your doing is kind of fun and supportive cus it highlights you can still eat what you love as long as its healthier and more balanced yk? And you don't have to constantly work out but instead occasionally and highlighting foods that clear your system to loose weight is actually really cool in my opinion as well!!! I never knew coffee did that😂
Coffee is good if you have weight to lose. It'll eliminate hunger. Once you're in or near a healthy weight, this trick doesn't work anymore. The only key to weight loss is a calorie deficit. I'm down 85 lbs by starting keto. You don't even need to be on the keto diet to get results. I only chose keto because it's simple, and I get to enjoy meat everyday.
There’s some good basics in here but implicitly suggesting that young women consume more stimulants (because caffeine is a stimulant and a diuretic) to have more bowel movements for weight loss is borderline encouraging disordered eating.
Tips from a former fat guy (me). Eat only Whole Foods, cut out oily foods (oils contain TONS of calories), lower carbohydrates (bread, rice, etc), walk more (lower intensity burns fat and doesn’t make you hungry after). I’ve lost over 100 pounds and kept it off over 10 years now. Best of luck ☺️
If you can't drink coffee, you can always eat kimchi instead. Very good probiotic (but don't eat it before going to class like me...). I literally made some lean beef patties with kimchi and other stuff.
Congrats on your weight loss, you look wonderful! This is my a very healthy and natural way to help your body get back to its perfect shape by just changing your habits and routine.
Do people not comprehend the word “diet” is simply the food you put in your body? How do you people constantly boast about dropping that kind of marketable lifestyle but neglect the meaning of words
I only ever eat 2 meals a day. But i need to flip them over. At the moment i eat a small meal in the late morning and a big meal at night. If i switched the sizes around my whole life would change 😂 I'll get there eventually ❤

But most importantly do cardio, you don’t have to run just go on 2 hour walks or 1 hour walks with no breaks with a 45 pound vest and you’ll see results I do this every day, but I know since y’all are mostly girls and y’all are weak and won’t be able to walk for 2 hours with 45pounds on your back, at least try to walk for 20-30 minutes a day
Thank you for the tips. I feel like these fit my situation so well.
You’re bloated face was super cute and you somehow look even cuter after losing weight 😮😊
This happened to me too lol someone told me my face got skinnier and i noticed it’s because i started eating protein and nutrients more instead of chips all day
This requires me to want to be healthy instead of just skinnier and tbh I'm not there yet so idk if this is good content for me rn.
It occurred to me and she looks like me in the before pictures. Kinda depressing tho ngl.
If I walk past a soda I gain like 5 lbs.
Respect to you. Keep it up.
Lmao the first one was too real 😂 was not prepared.
Thanks for sharing your wisdom ❤ so inspirational
this is it!!!! A TIP THAT IS ACTUALLY RELATABLE WITH MY LIFE!!!!!!! NO DISCIPLINE SHIT BUT JUST U DOING "yea imma do this now" I LOVE IT
I wish i have mindset like you😢
This video proved that all you need is a good routine and fulfil your body’s demands but just in a little bit healthy way.
Adding all these to my to do list rn. I randomly gained 20 pounds last year from stress and overworking.
literally gorgeous!
Starting your day with a coffee to get going, eating regular meals with healthy protein and fat, and excercising with your sister sounds enjoyable and sustainable 👌🏼😎❣️
FINALLY SOMETHING REALISTIC! Thank you for this! Really motivated me again❤
Shoe giveaway? 😅😂
Good video. Got me pumped to go run now 🏃♂️
This happened to me when I lost weight lol. I had set the goal to get down to 165lbs from 175 but I had completely forgotten about that goal and was just biking a lot and saw I lost the weight when I randomly decided to check.
This is so real stop I love it
Working out is so amazing yallll. Do ur best on losing weight
Bloating is an actual symptom, please don’t use it interchangeably with having a small amount of excess facial fat
Congratulations
You did your thing
girl you are GOALS
My uncle said once if you crave anything eat it that what's your body need nd your mind is telling you to have
You did great!🎉
Thank you for being very straightforward and funn!! I never knew coffee did that😂
I run only when I think of my ops~🤣🤣🤣
For some reason I was expecting nonsense advice, but I actually ended up loving it haha
Keep it up! 🙌🏻
Yep. Eating more balanced and healthy food throughout the day does work. I lost 20 lbs without trying 😂😂😂
Subscribed ! Love your mind set and content ❤️
Coffee can have the opposite effect and make you constipated if you dont drink enough of water as the high caffeine can dehydrate you.
You do look so Beautiful. .I am doing the same thing too..keep up the great job..
Ok these are actually helpful
Your cortisol levels went down.
Ik this is so out of context but your pronounciation is so satisfying in a way 😭
Btw you don't need coffee (if it suits you then go for it), but I prefer water since it's helps me shit more while also getting other health benefits
Umm coffee just dehydrates you I'm not really sure how that helps
I thought u were Prajakta kohli😅
There’s some good basics in here but implicitly suggesting that young women consume more stimulants (because caffeine is a stimulant and a diuretic) to have more bowel movements for weight loss is borderline encouraging disordered eating.
Gorgeous before and after.
Also you look younger and have a more youthful and energetic look ❤
Ok looking good!! ❤❤
Girl coffee is bad actually pls avoid it to drink ' everyday'
She looks like Prajakta Kohli😅
Doesn't she look like mostlysane
Lmfaoooo ! I love the transparency 😅 let me get my coffee ☕️
You were pretty before and you’re pretty now. It’s awesome that you’re taking your health seriously though.
