@WelcomeToTheJungle31 Lift your foot off the high hat pedal, hit it, and close it down real quick. You should get that sound. It may take a tiny bit of a practice to get the timing down.
The only problem with this is that the drums are bloody powerful! Maybe turn them down slightly in your next covers? My subwoofer didn't know what hit it! Otherwise, spot on! Well done.
It has a paddle similar to the bass on the right foot. If you step on it, the hi hat will close, if you release your left foot, it will makes the hi hat to be 'apart' from each other. Momentarily release and step the paddle will produce the sssp sound that you mentioned. I hope you understand, english is not my primary language.

@Dannypanify Maybe you need to turn down your subwoofer... the bass from the song was coming through on mine more than the drums.
