Hey dear! I would really suggest you to switch to menstrual cups instead of tampons, they're so much more better, hygienic, extremely cheap and so eco friendly! And you can suggest menstrual cups to other young girls you know..
Whenever you carry emergency kit u don't need it 🙄 and even only 1 day u leave it it's definitely coming handy that day 😂😂😂

No using face razor doesn't give thicker or harder hair..its a myth rather it gives an amazing glow to the skin after shave ..go for it..
For glowing skin eat healthy drink 3 litres of water, use sunscreen daily, and use vitamin C and moisturizer is the hero

Heyy beautiful 💕 I'm a new subscriber & want to advise you to keep cotton swabs or a little cotton hankey in your kit because when we travel sometimes eye boogers form due to dust/dirt that look very unhygienic (although it's normal) so in that case we cannot use wet wipes as they may contain some chemicals which are not good for eyes so yeah!! ✨💕 P.S. Once I tried to use tampons and after 15 mins I was frustrated with it and I threw it . And it was painful. I couldn't even get how it should be inserted.
You should use the ones acc to your size and flow! Try out theseee one and you will love them

If you're not sexually active yet then it may be painful in the initial few trials.
Also, if you're very stressed while trying to use a tampon, it'll be even more painful. You'll have to relax and then take a deep breath and try again..
And instead of tampons you can try menstrual cups itself, they're so much better!
And it's not necessary that you'll get it the first time itself..keep trying I'm sure you'll figure it out!
If you need help, there's a gynaec called "Dr cuterus" on YT, she's given a demonstration video with a dummy you can see that once.
And also, you can search for the various methods of foldings on menstrual cups, and use the method which suits you the most!
