I tried the cup for the first time with the c fold and it only went half inside. It was weird and a bit hurtful. But i used your trick and it went inside with no pains at all. I do have a pad just incase if there's any leaks but this fold along with the circular motion really makes it easy for the cup to move inside. I did try the position you mentioned but since it didn't work out for me (the support on one leg) i decided to just squat. The cup took hardly 5 mins to move in.
The first time i couldn't get the stem inside cuz it hurted a bit so i removed the cup and it came out easily and then i inserted it again n now i can't feel anything at all. Thanks for the video ❤️ keep going!!! You're doing the best work here! ❣️
Edit: Well i moved back to pads. I did feel some pain and discomfort while removing the cup for the second time. Maybe the reason was it wasn't properly inserted which is why it took longer to come out as well. It also seems that the cup size isn't working for me as the cup went inside deeper. I'll surely try sometime later but for now considering my busy schedule and the pain i had i will probably stay on pads for a while then try it again. But this was my personal experience.
Ma'am pads are safer than cup. There are less chance of infection in pad
@@Xyz123nofornothingidiot 😂 pads are heavily scented with extreme chemicals which can even cause condition where a girl might loose her fertility. And with that wetness staying in the most sensitive part of your area, you've probably like 10X chances of catching any infection.

Menstrual cup use krne ka 1st day:
Subah uthkr pta chla ki i hv got my periods... Menstrual cup ko sterelize kara... Mmy ne kaha ki use krne ke bad isko kitchen me nhi lane denge... Aur kitchen ke kisi brtn me bhi touch ni krne denge... I said okayy... But new tha abhi isliye sterelize kiya cup ko... Then hands wash kiya... Phir try Kiya... 1 try pe nhi hua toh 1 vdo dekha... aur haa 1 try ke bad yeh bhi pta chl gya ki mejo tissue papers bhi chahiye😂... Phir bhi nhi hua... Pain hone lga tha thoda thoda... Finally did it in the 5th or 6th try... Mrko cup thoda thoda feel horha tha apne andr... But it was better than pads cz stain ka Dr nhi lg rha tha... I was seeing ki uska jo tail h woh feel toh nhi ho rha na🤣... Then after 6 hrs... Meko pta tha ki cup full hua nhi hoga... But still 1 bar usko remove Krna tha... Phir I took some tissues and tried it... Again 5th or 6th try pe hua... Iss bar vdo ni dekhna pada... Thoda thoda pain hua stomach area me 1 minute tk... But phir usse clean Kara... N then phirse place kiya... N yeahhh... Iss bar 2nd try me hogya without much pain... Boht km hee hua...
This was my 1st day of using menstrual cup🙃... N i think i will become more comfortable with time...

I have experience with the Mensuration cup for 3 months. It is easy to use a cup than Pad.
But pads contain too many chemicals which are very harmful

After a lot of research I got it delivered today on my 3rd day of period, I Tried a multiple times but could not insert it ,then finally I realised that I was watering my lower part before inserting but that the thing I was doing wrong. Later on I tried once again after being relaxed and l did not watered my lower part and that time the magic just happened 😍 it got inserted just by some minimal effort
I also try first time but I can't insert it . I try 6 to 7 time but it's not insert in.
Even after that my period point was to much pain. I don't know how you guys use it??

Hi...I am student and my age is 16 and today I'm using my first menstrual cup..it's small size and it's so comfortable and yaah at first it was paining and didn't go inside and the wrost part is...i haven't any vesseling or any lubricant and then I use some amount of nariyal tel and then use it I'm also highly recommend to use it...
Don't use coconut oil or any other lubricant because it disturbs the environment of our uterus..
Our uterus is not designed to use any other things than water!
