Your enthusiasm for life comes across in your videos, makes us smile, if you ever get to cornwall with saddlebags love to ride out with you guys ,old guy with interceptor
Merry Christmas, Brendan, from me and Oddball! Keep bringing the great rides and views into the new year! Oh and Oddball definitely protests speeds beyond 65 mph. "Hey! What's your hurry, bud?" he says to me.
We're having a non-winter here in Minnesota... no snow .... mid 40's.... and a few motorcycles are out and about... but they use salt here and I don't want it on my bikes. Being flat landers if I want mountains, it's 600 miles west. 80 on a Bullet... that's adventurous ! Thanks for the postings over the year... Con Grats on the You Tube rating. and on a side note.... your singing... don't quit your day job... Cheers 😉
That's quite some distance to get some mountain riding in! ⛰🏍 Yeah they salt the roads anytime it gets particularly cold here too, hasn't been too cold lately though so get some time out on Daisy with no fear of salt spraying up on her. 😄 Cheers Motormikeb! Hope you had a good one! And don't worry, not gonna be quitting the day job anytime soon 😂
Hi, thanks for the kind mention😊 hope you’re having a wonderful time over the water. You know you’re welcome to return anytime 😊. I think your top 5 must have been tough to choose. Personally I think your home possibly eclipses Eryri. . Anyway, lovely night video. See you in ‘24
Seasons greetings Brendan, always good to see one of your uploads. When you mentioned the Gap of Dunloe, you reminded me of one of my favourite trips on a bike this year,we were over in west Ireland for a week in glorious sunshine, great place to ride a bike! You also jogged my memory when you mentioned Cwmswyth, last year we had a weekend based at Aberaeron & did the ride to Devils bridge then onto Rhyader,we enjoyed that road so much that we turned around & did it in reverse👍.We were planning to return this autumn but the weather's been dire for riding motorbikes & camping, hopefully we'll get a good Spring & get back to Wales..
“Tremoron’s” 😂 Something tells me I would fit right in 🤪 I have great memories of our trip to the Emerald Isle, not in the least meeting you at the ferry-port and riding with you. A shame it was such a brief encounter. I’m honoured that that was also one of your highlights of the year. Excellent video as always. All the very best for 24’, I would love to have the opportunity to ride with you here in sunny (🤞🏼) Cornwall. But whatever happens I look forward to the forthcoming content from your good self. Chou for now, bah bah 😂👋🏼 Thanks Brendan 🙏🏼 Jeff
We love you for your warmth, genorosity of spirit and the wonderful places you take us to, Brendan. A well deserved 5th. Happy Christmas. ps, wonderful trainset and outrider 😂🎅🤶
That IS the sound of a Bullet going 80. I had a comment on a recent vid, going 80 to 90, that my bike sounds knackered! Good to confirm it is typical. BTW one of my favourite vid was when you went to Neuschwanstien. I want to go from there to Innsbruck and through South Tyrol to Milan some day. Merry Christmas.
Or at the very least, our two Bullets are equally knackered 😂 Nah, think that's just the way big singles sound at speed! Cheers Leo! That was one of my favourites from last year, was watching The Great Escape on Boxing Day, filmed in that same area around Neuschwanstein, hope to go back there 🤞
Hello - am enjoying your no-nonsense approach to motorcycles, riding 'em and just about everything else :0). I have a Bullet 500 Trials. Really having a very good time on it. Enjoy the smaller tracks and backroads - much like yourself. Can you tell me what the mirrors are you currently have on Daisy? I would like to get some for my wife's Himalayan! take care, Stenton
Cheers, Stenton! I currently have these mirrors on Daisy: accessories.hitchcocksmotorcycles.com/accessory-shop/mirrors/11589 They're decent, and in terms of vibrations they seem to be a bit clearer to see out of, I'd recommend 'em! 😁
Hi Brendon great video as alway, our Ireland trip was the highlight of my year made better by meeting yourself and the various members of the Royal Enfielders Ireland, thanks to all you guys for all you done to make the trip special, I wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy new year!😀👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 and if you make it to Cornwall I’d love to ride with you again!😎👍🏻
Daisy on the motorway 😮 that only leaves two things left on the list we want to see for 2024: fly a spitfire and rob a bank 😈 Have a great Christmas ❤️🥰🥃
84mph I've had out my Enfield on the motorway for a short while, lost a couple of fillings in the process. Know what you mean about oncoming headlights. Got a scar across my cornea in my left eye that doesnt help with oncoming headlights so i have to ride one eyed at night😬
Can "Daisy" run with the big Dogs ? Here in the USA Interstates they are running 80-90 mph. It's too fast and the limit is 70 for the most part. But reality is reality..makes merging a problem sometimes.
She can do 70 mph at a bit of a push, 80 mph at a real push... but that's not really what she's about. At least here in Ireland and on mainland Europe, her 50 - 60 mph is plenty for most roads and exploring... but might not be enough for interstates in the US.
@@BulletWanderer Ok. People are driving here too fast with traffic considered. It's 65 for trucks and 70 for cars on the Interstate (the limit). Enforcement is lax. It sounds nice, to be able to go fast but in reality they need to get people slowed down.
Great video Brendon Happy Christmas and New 😊
Good work Brendan - looking forward to following your adventures next year.
