Wow, going to echo what others have said. I love genuine reactions and connections with music like you have, as well as thoughtful and thought provoking commentary. Not to mention the analysis of the lyrics and repeated listens in one video are something I enjoy to see and feel apart of. Repeated listens are also nigh unheard of from all the reactions I have personally seen, really cool to see. So please continue on this journey 😅🤘Would be stoked to see check out their song Eye of God if you haven't already.
I guess completely taking in a song for the first time just takes too much time for the average YT metal reaction viewer's attention span. So big channels won't do this kind of reaction journey. I had this thought before that someone should do a first reaction as usual, then the highlights of the second listen and pointing out details and stuff after that and then finally only show the "verdict" of the opinion on the song after the third listen off-cam.
That is how I'd imagine a perfect reaction vid for my taste and attention span anyway :) And I think it would be appreciated by others as well.

To avoid any possible confusion, my egotistical take on reactions that would suit me the most include stopping to say something during the first listen (but not too much stopping), then highlights of the second listen while possibly speaking over it, and then after one or a few more listens off-cam a good bit of explaining your emotions to sound and lyrics, why you really like some details, trying to understand the lyrics and saying if you can relate (maybe with a little story), pros, cons, verdict..
But I really like your deep analysis style with multiple repetitions as well, it's unique and if you like it I'd say you should stick to it. Was just trying to say why bigger channels won't do videos that long because they're potentially making a living with UA-cam and are really trying to get views. But I'll personally always prefer 100% genuine reactions, with a visible connection to the music, like Clef said.
This was your first video that I watched (just yesterday before going to bed) and I will watch more of your content. Gonna try to find out what's up your alley, I don't want to suggest a song that you'd genuinely not like. Cause I know you'd be honest about it ^^

Holy shit, this is an incredible reaction/review. You don’t have a fraction of the views you deserve. I watch a lot of metal reactions (and just reactions in general) and no one ever takes the time to connect with the music like you did on this. There’s so many layers to bands like ERRA that often get overlooked because the person reacting is only concerned with maintaining your attention/playing their “character”.
Bra-fuckin-vo, this was a breath of fresh air.

Iridescent is incredible! It’s right up there with ERRA, BTBAM, WBTBWB, and Wide Eyes for AOTY for me. Can’t wait for a full length reaction to that!
