I have a bunch of tuberoses in my garden too and they are such beautiful flowers and smell delightful! I also have mock orange flowers, jasmine, night jasmine, star jasmine, roses, frangipani, yellow mimosa trees, ivory curl and gardenias.
I love that McQueen perfume too and I also owned it once! I also used to own Amarige and I love that scent. For me, tuberose is a little like patchouli in how I experience it in fragrances. Sometimes it is "too much". It can irritate my senses. But in the right dose, it is stunning. Some of my headier tuberose fragrances I have to be a little light on the application, but when I am, I love them. Juicy Couture EDP is the most un-Juicy Couture fragrance they offer. I find it quite beautiful and even classy.
I really love tuberose! It used to grow where I lived as a teen and you could smell it in the air when there was a summer breeze and it was intoxicating! That and night jasmine!
I'm just curious has anyone noticed women love tuberose a lot but men dont? Just my observation. The best tuberose scents I've smelled were Moon Bloomwhich smells green like the flower, Elie Saab Essence # 9 which is very delicate.
Yeah, I agree. My husband doesn’t like Tuberose and I don’t get compliments when I wear it. I don’t think it’s a people pleaser in general if it’s super prominent. ❤️

I just got a 15 ml bottle of Terracotta but I think I want the big bottle lol. I also want to get Love Tuberose eventually- I have 5 ml and that is what got me to love it. Also rubbing alcohol works to remove stickers usually:-)

I remember spraying Fracas on a paper strip and getting an instant headache. 😰 I stayed away from the note for a long time because I thought all tuberose perfumes smelled that intense and stabbing. Nowadays, I prefer it as a note blended in with other florals. 😊

two of my recent perfume purchases were tuberose-y scents. I got Carnal Flower and Child . Now, ironically, the one I ended up thinking I would dislike I ended up falling in love with - that was Child - Carnal Flower on the other hand I was very underwhelmed tbh.

Hi there! Another really good spiced, bubblegum Tuberose is McQueen, the one in the clear bottle with the white cap in particular. All of the McQueens are like that. Miller Harris Noix de Tubereuse is another good one. L’interdit also. I hope that helps! ❤️
The only tuberose I love is Splendida Tubereuse Mystique by Bvlgari. Creamy tuberose is very much not for me, Watch by M. Micallef is one of my nightmare frags.
I love real tuberose but can't stand it in perfumes. love the smell of real tuberose and real gardenia and real magnolia, all of which grow either in my yard or near me, but I have never found a perfume with any of those white flower notes that smells good on me or that I like on me as a perfume.
I love the real flowers so much more than in perfume too. I have one gardenia perfume that is an oil that smells exactly like the flower. I think it’s the only fragrance I have found that is like that. ❤️
