Hi, Sarah. I just bought Raghba because of this video, and I must confirm that is indeed gorgeous. Over here ( in România) it costs less than 10 dollars, but smells like a hundred dollars perfume. Thank you for this review, I wasn't sure about this one.
LaVanila Pure Vanilla is the BEST. I tricked my mom yesterday, as she hates vanilla. I made her try it on. She LOVED it and then I told her it was Pure Vanilla. She now has requested a bottle for Christmas. It's so beautiful.

I just got my own roller ball of the Elizabeth and James Bourbon, and to me it smells the ways Safanad does, after it has dried down for a while. It is a gorgeous vanilla, without the white floral. It is a very comforting scent. I really enjoyed this video.
Guerlain Spiriteuse Double Vanille: bought a sample from mercari. Try it. I am saving up for a full bottle. That is how much I love it. I hate to pay retail, but it so worth it, and no other stores sell it ☹. Maybe for my birthday, I get a gift for myself!
Vanille Insensée is the only vanilla I've ever disliked. Dior Addict is a masterpiece as far as I'm concerned😍. I've heard about Raghba and Raghba Wood intense quite a lot but I'm so impatient. The cheapest sellers are in India and it will take forever to get to me in Canada😩 I'll give it a try. Souffle Intense is on Fragrancex right now. I bought a bottle last month. Thanks for sharing!
I can understand not like the Atlier Vanilla one. It doesn’t really smell like vanilla which is disappointing when you buy something named Vanilla. I’m going to jump on the soufflé intense! 🙏🏻💗🥰
You have to try Guerlain SDV if you are a vanilla lover! Gorgeous boozy vanilla. I bought my bottle right after Christmas so it’s not discontinued. Another favorite vanilla fragrance of mine is Diptyque Eau Duelle. Great list! A lot of my favorites as well.

That could perhaps help out the rest of us that blind buy fragrances we can't get samples of. Just an idea. I hope I love it too! I used to only like florals but I'm beginning to really enjoy some spicier deep fragrances, like by the fireplace. It is lovely! Even thought it's summer time. I guess I want to round out my collection with some variety.

I love a big long lasting scent so a couple of my faves are Dionisio, lune feline, tobacco vanille, coco blanc, el born, un bois vanille,addict and Shalimar the oldies insulo so many! But for more of a soli. Vanilla Vanilla cake, Aura Sublime and vanilla bourbon too!

I love By The Fireplace but yaaas. It is waaay too expensive (and I’m in Canada so it’s like $166 , before tax) But I love it I want a candle , but again.. too expensive . I will probably crack and buy the 10 ml. I just ordered Lataffa Raghba on eBay too ! Lol. $20 CA for a 30 ml. I literally just discovered it from another UA-camr. Quickest decision I ever made, great price point. I hope I love it 🤞🏻🤞🏻
Oooh yess, Diors Addict EdP is in my eyes at least, one of the best vanilla fragrances in terms of designer fragrances, but Dior makes the vanilla extremely well anyways, love their private line even more mostly, besides Addict EdP and the hole Poison line (Poison Girl EdP is a bit to heavy for me, got me headeggz, but the EdT version of it I like way better, plus, mans looove this scent and even more the EdT Poison Girl one...;), and it's the only house where I enjoy the EdTs mostly even more than the EdPs, usually i go for EdPs.... Do you ever smelled Diors feve delizios? It's an amazing vanilla scent of their private line, crazy longevity, very potent in silage and projection, very sensuelle, but I just would wear it durrant the cold seasons, and I usually also wear every fragrance when I wanna wear them, the projection is for me the least same important than the silage, I choose every daytime/nightime/bedtime, etc, etc (;) a fragrance the matches my mood, it's my balsam for my soul..
Raghba! I love it! My fave to spray before sleeping.This is super cheap but the juice is amazing. A real steal. Try Ana Abiyed Rouge from the same house (Lattafa) You might like it.❤️❤️❤️

Girl based on your bottle your addict is actually second change formulation 2012. I have all of them 2002 2012 and 2014 the one you have 2012 to me is smoothest one and most different from the 3. also that one from 2012 is nearly impossible to be found anymore and its so expensive if you ever cross the one while the vintage one u can still find pretty much everywhere for much less €€
@@SarahMayes Unfortunately, I don’t, and it was a blind buy. Way too strong and masculine for me. I did find three Arabian fragrances that I love; Layla EDP spray, Swiss Arabian Sher la Sheila ( Oud, but softer, and the Rose note really stands out), and Armag Club de Nuit.

My favorite vanilla perfume is Armani Code, it's very sexy. I get compliments on all the time from men and women.. YSL Black Opium is very beautiful, and a bit sweeter then Good Girl. The most pure vanilla smelling perfume that I have found is Vanille by Outremer...under $20 at Anthropology.
I bought this Ragba Latafa and it is basically one scent not various scents. Very beast mode and incense like. I assumed it would have various notes. Just one note that is rich incense. Very winter fragrance.
I just bought myself Tihota Indult, for my birthday. It’s vanilla and musk but the strongest most beautiful vanilla I ever smelled. I put a sample on this morning and am huffing it like an addict. Made in limited quantities, disappeared for a year, but back in, on Lucky Scent. Made by Frances Kurkdjian, naturally.

Great picks for vanilla frags. You make the Mon Exclusif sound so good, but I have a big bottle of the Mon Guerlain...sigh, lol. Also I don't own Addict as I don't love it, although I can appreciate the notes and the fragrance. I prefer Givenchy Ange ou Demon as a vanilla with white flowers as it just has that something extra that I think is missing from the Dior. I do need the Poison Girl edp and plan to get it (only have the Hypnotic Poison EDT at the moment ) and I also need to smell that RL Woman intense! I still think that La Vie Est Belle as common as it is, is a great vanilla! If you haven't already sniffed it, try Lancome La Nuit Tresor A la Folie, it's a nice vanilla! Also Mugler Alien Essence absolue . I think that YSL Manifesto l'elixir is similar to Alien essence absolue. I'm so curious now about that last one you showed and you made it sound amazing!

@@SarahMayes I'm the same in that I also need to get the regular La Nuit and also have the Intense flanker for LVEB. I love that one even more with the tuberose and hazelnut notes! I have the L'eclat and Absolue as well but I only have the rollerball of the regular one and so many samples that I have not been motivated to get a full bottle, lol. Also so that one doesn't get overwhelming you literally just need the smallest amount and then it's really nice. It's exactly why I can make a sample last forever. At work in my office I will just use what seems like a couple of drops worth on one wrist, tap it to the other and maybe one mini spray from the sample on my neck and that is just perfect. Oh, forgot to say that I also love the Replica Fireplace one and also just have the rollerball. It lasts a long time! Think I might get the full bottle during the next Sephora sale. There are just so many perfumes to try and not enough space for them, time to wear them and money in the wallet....lol I've been going a little crazy with it this year.
Oh man I hear you! Not enough time or money but I keep buying. Lol How is the LVEB l’absolu? I’ve had my eye on that one as well but I feel like They all smell pretty close to the original.
@@SarahMayes You're right. Based on the reviews on Fragrantica most people preferred the L'absolue so I got it based on them. It basically amplifies the floral and rose notes along with the vanilla and yes it's gorgeous and I don't regret it as I'm a LVEB fan, but for the higher price point on that small bottle I was hoping it would be more different than it was. It has less of the patchouli that some seem to not like in the original but if I'm being honest I think the Intense one is just better overall. I even bought a Large bottle as a back-up for it once I got my 1.7 oz. and realized I loved it and I'm sure it won't be around forever. I tried it initially after Emmy Ever After raved about it. I'm really looking forward to watching her new videos once she starts posting again. I got quite a few of her recommendations including Girl of Now. Wasn't disappointed!
I love Mon Exclusif but my skin drank it and it didn't perform well on me as a result, which sucks because I smelled the butter and caramel so strongly on me.

I just got a sample of raghba in the mail and I'm definitely getting a full bottle I can see why people don't like it but I love it my home health aid doesn't in fact her exact words were you smell like death but then again she's a little dramatic
Hi Dionne! I think if you like vanilla or woody scents that it would be okay for a beginner. If you don’t like wood then maybe not. I do think it’s a beginner friendly oud fragrance. I hope that helps!! ❤️
Just discovered a boozy sweet vanilla that I love. Michael Kors Midnight Shimmer. When I first got it I could barely smell anything. Then after it sat there for a week or two, I just sprayed it on my arm and got a boozy sweet, but not too sweet vanilla. I am already wearing JPG La Belle and I am the Midnight Shimmer which smelled like nothing is overpowering it with one spray. Can you explain why that happens? and the need for settling?!? Maybe nice layered with Ragba which is WAY too strong for me. Now I love it and just ordered another big bottle because I hear it’s being discontinued. Another vanilla scent, on me, is JPG Classique EDP in the red corset. The other notes rapidly disappear on me and then I am left with a powdery Amber vanilla. Not what I was expecting and not as strong as the Classique EDT.
I am not sure why that happens with fragrance but it definitely does. I will need to pick up a bottle of it if it’s a vanilla and being discontinued! ❤️🥰
Hi there! Definitely not. Those two perfumes are night and day. Raghba is a vanilla oud fragrance and doesn’t smell like Fancy at all. I would try to track down a sample of Raghba though just to be safe. ❤️
I received Raghba today, i don't find it very vanilla, I find it smells similar to Tom Ford Lost Cherry and Hugo Boss Deep Red?! I was looking forward to having something different in my collection but as soon as i smelt it, i recognised it straight away ☹

Hi there! I don’t find the two to be similar as UBV doesn’t have oud in it if I remember correctly and rahgba doesn’t have licorice in it. They are very different to my nose. ❤️
Is this Raghba somehow similar to the Adam Levine's perfumr for her? I am interested to try out Raghba, but I am afraid that I already have something similar, like the one I mentioned above. I actually bought Always Red by Elizabeth Arden and Quatre en Rose by Boucheron only to find out that they smell almost identical. So now I have to decide which one I am going to get rid off.

My favorite vanilla perfume is Armani Code, it's very sexy. I get compliments on all the time from men and women.. YSL Black Opium is very beautiful, and a bit sweeter then Good Girl. The most pure vanilla smelling perfume that I have found is Vanille by Outremer...under $20 at Anthropology.
I will have to track down that last one and add it to my collection. I love vanilla. 🙏🏻☺️
I bought this Ragba Latafa and it is basically one scent not various scents. Very beast mode and incense like. I assumed it would have various notes. Just one note that is rich incense. Very winter fragrance.

@@SarahMayes I ordered all dupe scents...China Affair,Gourmand Kiss,Sweet Smoke,Vanille Doree. China Affair is a dupe of Coromandel and Sweet Smoke a dupe of Tobacco Vanille. I've had the original scents in decants but can't afford the bottles! The other 2 I've never smelled the inspiration but am excited by the descriptions. Have a wonderful night! Lisa
Great picks for vanilla frags. You make the Mon Exclusif sound so good, but I have a big bottle of the Mon Guerlain...sigh, lol. Also I don't own Addict as I don't love it, although I can appreciate the notes and the fragrance. I prefer Givenchy Ange ou Demon as a vanilla with white flowers as it just has that something extra that I think is missing from the Dior. I do need the Poison Girl edp and plan to get it (only have the Hypnotic Poison EDT at the moment ) and I also need to smell that RL Woman intense! I still think that La Vie Est Belle as common as it is, is a great vanilla! If you haven't already sniffed it, try Lancome La Nuit Tresor A la Folie, it's a nice vanilla! Also Mugler Alien Essence absolue . I think that YSL Manifesto l'elixir is similar to Alien essence absolue. I'm so curious now about that last one you showed and you made it sound amazing!

@@SarahMayes I'm the same in that I also need to get the regular La Nuit and also have the Intense flanker for LVEB. I love that one even more with the tuberose and hazelnut notes! I have the L'eclat and Absolue as well but I only have the rollerball of the regular one and so many samples that I have not been motivated to get a full bottle, lol. Also so that one doesn't get overwhelming you literally just need the smallest amount and then it's really nice. It's exactly why I can make a sample last forever. At work in my office I will just use what seems like a couple of drops worth on one wrist, tap it to the other and maybe one mini spray from the sample on my neck and that is just perfect. Oh, forgot to say that I also love the Replica Fireplace one and also just have the rollerball. It lasts a long time! Think I might get the full bottle during the next Sephora sale. There are just so many perfumes to try and not enough space for them, time to wear them and money in the wallet....lol I've been going a little crazy with it this year.
Oh man I hear you! Not enough time or money but I keep buying. Lol How is the LVEB l’absolu? I’ve had my eye on that one as well but I feel like They all smell pretty close to the original.
@@SarahMayes You're right. Based on the reviews on Fragrantica most people preferred the L'absolue so I got it based on them. It basically amplifies the floral and rose notes along with the vanilla and yes it's gorgeous and I don't regret it as I'm a LVEB fan, but for the higher price point on that small bottle I was hoping it would be more different than it was. It has less of the patchouli that some seem to not like in the original but if I'm being honest I think the Intense one is just better overall. I even bought a Large bottle as a back-up for it once I got my 1.7 oz. and realized I loved it and I'm sure it won't be around forever. I tried it initially after Emmy Ever After raved about it. I'm really looking forward to watching her new videos once she starts posting again. I got quite a few of her recommendations including Girl of Now. Wasn't disappointed!

I love Mon Exclusif but my skin drank it and it didn't perform well on me as a result, which sucks because I smelled the butter and caramel so strongly on me.

I will usually pick out scents that I want to wear that week and I will put them on my desk and after I wear them they go back on the shelf. 😍

I just got a sample of raghba in the mail and I'm definitely getting a full bottle I can see why people don't like it but I love it my home health aid doesn't in fact her exact words were you smell like death but then again she's a little dramatic

Hi Dionne! I think if you like vanilla or woody scents that it would be okay for a beginner. If you don’t like wood then maybe not. I do think it’s a beginner friendly oud fragrance. I hope that helps!! ❤️

Hi Sarah, I got my hands on a half oz of Ragbha, and I must say that I like it. Is there any other sweet oud fragrance you could recommend?
Just discovered a boozy sweet vanilla that I love. Michael Kors Midnight Shimmer. When I first got it I could barely smell anything. Then after it sat there for a week or two, I just sprayed it on my arm and got a boozy sweet, but not too sweet vanilla. I am already wearing JPG La Belle and I am the Midnight Shimmer which smelled like nothing is overpowering it with one spray. Can you explain why that happens? and the need for settling?!?
Maybe nice layered with Ragba which is WAY too strong for me.
Now I love it and just ordered another big bottle because I hear it’s being discontinued.
Another vanilla scent, on me, is JPG Classique EDP in the red corset. The other notes rapidly disappear on me and then I am left with a powdery Amber vanilla. Not what I was expecting and not as strong as the Classique EDT.
I am not sure why that happens with fragrance but it definitely does. I will need to pick up a bottle of it if it’s a vanilla and being discontinued! ❤️🥰

Hi there! Definitely not. Those two perfumes are night and day. Raghba is a vanilla oud fragrance and doesn’t smell like Fancy at all. I would try to track down a sample of Raghba though just to be safe. ❤️

I received Raghba today, i don't find it very vanilla, I find it smells similar to Tom Ford Lost Cherry and Hugo Boss Deep Red?! I was looking forward to having something different in my collection but as soon as i smelt it, i recognised it straight away ☹

Is this Raghba somehow similar to the Adam Levine's perfumr for her? I am interested to try out Raghba, but I am afraid that I already have something similar, like the one I mentioned above. I actually bought Always Red by Elizabeth Arden and Quatre en Rose by Boucheron only to find out that they smell almost identical. So now I have to decide which one I am going to get rid off.
Hi there! I don’t think Raghba smells anything like Adam Levine. It’s mostly vanilla and oud and it’s much more dense than the Adam Levine. I hope that helps! ❤️
