Idk how to get to cloud or anything i want to start new story on the crew 2 and for my saves slot does not go away like how come every time I delete it open game ita back on so obviously it has to do with the cloud but does not give me two options like delete everywhere

I've only tried this once on Sunset Overdrive, but this worked for me Here is a way to Overwrite Cloud data and start with a new game 1. Make sure the game is turned off (Press Menu button over the game in question->Quit) 2. Go Offline (Settings->General->Network Settings->Go Offline) 3. Delete saved game from local storage as shown above in the video 4. Start the game while still Offline, the game will be unable to download from Cloud Storage, starting a new game 5. Progress in the game up to a save point, then quit out of game (Same as Step 1) 6. Go Online (Settings->General->Network Settings->Go Online) 7. Start the game, and when it tries to sync, it will notice two different saves and ask which one it should keep

@@gianmariocatania2818to access the 360 dashboard, press view/select and start buttons in the middle of the control pad together when a 360 game is loaded. You can then select 'manage storage' from a menu that appears and go into the saved games folder where you can delete individual 360 game saves. Delete the relevant file. When you restart the game again, it will create a new save file so you can start fresh. Hope that works for you if you still needed help with this! I tried it on my Xbox One X today and it works fine 🙂

So with the new update to Xbox we can now only delete synced data not the data in the cloud, and there is no delete everywhere button.
