Sunset farewell - Southdown 426 on last 68

Join me aboard the last Southend seafront service 68 of the 2024 season (18:30 from Southend Pier) - rather delightfully, worked by First Ensignbus ex-Southdown 1965 Leyland Titan PD3/4 / Northern Counties 426 (BUF 426C).
First we see 426 leaving Shoeburyness, East Beach on service 99, but then, as sunset approached, we take up the final run, from the seafront at Westcliff-on-Sea to Chalkwell Shelter, then to Leigh Station and on up the gradient to the stop before London Road - bringing down the curtain on open-top services in Southend for 2024.
