What is the best clip to set the bilstein 5100s to level out the front ? Keeping my stock rear end height!

Slightly under 2” of lift will make it closest to level with no rear lift.

In the Bilstein Tacoma setup or any other lifts, is a differential drop and carrier bearing drop installed? Is it necessary for proper angles?

Not necessary for that size lift.
