Pretty simple. Either walk it back it let the big wheel come off the gate or put it on forward to one side and pull jack out and grab it again once lowered.

nice.. that is a pretty dirty dock. i would not back anything into that... so with slack on the pallet jack if things shift it wont bend it?

The lift gates specifies that you operate the lift gate from the ground and NOT TO RIDE THE LIFT GATES

Ya you can just roll the front wheel off the end of the lift gate. It makes it a lot easier. Don't try and balance it on their like he did.

Amateurs. You just roll the big wheels off the liftgate and it will rest on it. What he did you won't do with a big full pallet

Depends of the height and weight. A 3k lbs pallet of flooring only 3ft high is fine to put it sideways on the gate.
