There is actually one situation in which you want to have Melusine in 3rd form; Events with a 50% Starting Charge CE. 50% Starting Charge + 20% append + 30% from her skill 1 puts her at 100 already. Double Koyan will allow you to pop her 30% NP damage twice, which Oberon will multiply up to 120%, which will equal out with a Non-MLB Black Grail. If you don't have an MLB Black Grail like me, this is just as good and lets you also get any event damage bonus at the same time. Now, this is also an unbelievably expensive setup, and I'm not even sure there ARE 50% charge Damage CEs in the future, but it's an option! EDIT: Someone brought up that you use her 3rd skill for regular farming, so the increase is only about 30% instead of the 60% I stated. My mistake on that!
1) you already get 30% NP damage up so the actual increase is only half that of a non-MLB black grail. (though if you run something like Cranking you get pretty close) 2)There's also definitely 50% charge event CEs so if you want to 6 slot but are slightly behind damage that 30% np damage can be enough to push you over. Farming isn't entirely about doing the absolute most damage 3) Summer 7 has an event damage CE with 50% charge, so they still exist.
@@L0rdLexan01 Right, but it's still a 5 turn cooldown so the second time you use it you do get 30% np damage. You are counting both time you use it for the 50% CE scenario, but not both times you use it with a no start charge scenario.
A great first look. I have no regrets going after NP5 Melusine. But this is obviously great information no matter how strong a person's Melusine is. I'm sure it will take a bit of time to get a good feel for making good use of her dual NPs. I'm definitely up for that though. The arts NP really does nice work and gives itself all the help needed to get looping. And it's just plain fun that she can switch to a Buster NP on command and start wiping out waves. Good point on the command codes. Tried to load up her up with crit command codes and it worked nicely through LB6.
@@altzerz anything that can keep enemies off her ass or keep her hp topped up along with extra np charge and card buffs. waver and merlin are obvious. ryouma rider, cas gil, helena and da vinchi rider for even more arts and np support. raikou lancer, along with light koyan and dark koyan for buster support. if you have oberon you can use him as well but even in jp he fell off realy hard after dark koyanskaya came out.
The Halloween event later this will bring back both the older Halloween event CEs for buster so those will be really good to have for the third ascension.

Even though I had to pity Melusine for Np1, my melu just tears shit apart and MAN I am loving that. I think I found the lancer beat stick I was looking for, as I use caenis for more solo fights and grail fronts. From what i have playtested, melusine is just stupidly powerful even at NP1 which while I know the higher node won't be good for farming, I have Percival to help her out as he is NP5

Np2 melu around 400 sq and 20 tickets before koyans banner hopefully i can get koyans early roll Update. I really got lucky and get koyan and oberon and now im saving again already have 170 sq hopefully i can get castoria of miss crane this year
This just makes me sad since all I got was np 2 Percival. Don’t get me wrong he’s great but I already have np2 eresh(been sitting on it since her initial release) and with koyan and her buff dropping imminently I know who my farming lancer is going to be and spoilers it’s going to be the rin face.
And then here I am getting NP4 Summer Abby and not a single FUCKING copy of Fujinon. I swear to god that the gacha hates my guts seriously. And for this banner, I got NP2 Melusine first before getting NP1 Percival. I'm lucky that my next target is just Oberon so once I get him I'm free to save for Koyan and/or Proto-Merlin (depending on the SQ remaining)

I'm happy that I got NP1 Melusine with just one multi. I don't care if she is busted with more NP level. I just want to reunite all fae knights and Morgan so I can enjoy their Valentine 100%. I have NP2 Morgan for universal farming anyway. Now my only concern is Koyanskaya and Oberon... Gameplay wise, it's better to go all out with Koyanskaya. But my heart say Oberon first as I really like him and his rerun is pretty far away, while Koyanskaya will come back on New Year... Hope I can get both now tho. My luck lately is really good. I pray that I will get Koyanskaya from a handful of tickets, so I can all out for Oberon and still getting him.

60 sq for np2 melusine (1 per multy) and np1 percival, as a person who only pays for Gssr. Im so fricking happy to have her. She is one of my favorite servents to play and from the looks. The dmg she deals and her buster farming potantial are really just the tip of the mountain for me xD I didnt even need to touch my koyan/Oberon sq for her. Im so happy.
I've acquired the maximum number of bells possible on NA and still can't afford to 10/10/10 her until the farming node comes out... So sad having her stuck at 10/8/10
@@maxpower8571 I'm caught up on LB6 and I have purchased the full 100 from the pure prism store, I'm guessing you're one of the heathens that hasn't maxed castoria's ML? afaik that's the only way to 10/10/10 melusine. The number of bells I've collected to date including pure prisms is 217, if you max castoria's second append (72) that leaves you 145. melusine requires a total of 216 bells for 10/10/10. If you have 2-3 bells left over I must have missed a couple because you would only have 1 left otherwise.

It's funny that Morgan has a bond line for demanding that we dismiss all our berserkers as we don't need them anymore when this is more true with Melusine making all dps lancers utterly useless in comparison.
In a case to case basis yes. But I still has shishou as my main dps lancer. Unli np works is nice but shishou's anti divine/undead is still usefull. Stardust melo just dethrone my 2nd dps which is kage/yu as her 3rd skill can be useful for instant np when needed.
That reminds me when Merlin said in Babylonia that his presence would make all the other casters you have jealous. That line didn't age the best, but at the time it was spot on lmao.
I'm also aiming for np3 at the very least. She's much better than the overrated morgan (np2) for me. Morgan can't even handle 90++ better than welfares without heavy investment.
