People are facing these problems now in this situation.. Third parties are not refunding even some are also not responding to their messages too. Purchased 3 tickets on 10/05/2022 in Airasia for Bangkok searching through Wego n paid 37896 INR through BudgetAir. Got a reservation no. BINxxxxxxx.But at night got a mail that at given rate seats are not available with the airline,hence paid amt is refunded which may take time 5-10 days etc. Now in reviews I find them as fraud. How to deal with this issue,pls suggest.
