hello bro i saw youre video on yt coments not showing up, i have a similar issue but im not creator my comments on many videos dont post or show up at all and the person im replying to never sees it ,this is very frustrating as im trying to get in contact with this person, i have made 3 accounts just to try and post a comment , so many people are having this issue abut yt isnt doing anything about it and they keep making it seem like there isnt a issue.

No you don't have to pay. You're a user in someone else's channel. They will pay for you.
