    Brother my left arm has almost no strength.. even though i can lift heavy weights but my left grip gives up quickly n unsues excruciating pain in left arm n grip n now i literally cant do triceps exercises at all.. please help

      I think its related to weak left scapula.. may be lil bit if scapular winging issue cud be causing this for me..

    I am a beginer so what more exercise i can do to increase the strength of my left hand? Because of weaker left arm i am not able to do workouts properly

      I would say that there is no specific exercise for left arm, haha but you can do hammer curls they help to increase the strength of your forearms...

    Thank you for this information sir I also struggle with this problem one arm weak and on other arm is good even I ask my trainer aslo he not given any tips he said it will be balanced in workout.

    Gr8 info and workouts . Please share us food that we should add in our intake daily that doesnt drop ur blood sugar level.I excercise and do cardio 2 hour per day and have a healthy diet but still start to face significant drop in my sugar level as Im avoiding sugar to lose my weight but sugar level imbalance is dangerous please share food fruit etc natural or synthetic we should eat and stil lose weight . Or please talk about food intake stuff food we should eat in a day

    Wth... Mai yehi sunne aya tha ki dumbbell se ek side weak hai par rod se reps zyada nikalte hai (atleast weak arm ka negative work hota hai) aur video me yei bataya... Nice
