A great workout for Gaining strength in weaker arm. Learn a basic exercise that can help you fix the weaker arm. I am a beginer so what more exercise i can do to increase the strength of my left hand? Because of weaker left arm i am not able to do workouts properly
I would say that there is no specific exercise for left arm, haha but you can do hammer curls they help to increase the strength of your forearms...

Please share us food that we should add in our intake daily that doesnt drop ur blood sugar level.I excercise and do cardio 2 hour per day and have a healthy diet but still start to face significant drop in my sugar level as Im avoiding sugar to lose my weight but sugar level imbalance is dangerous please share food fruit etc natural or synthetic we should eat and stil lose weight . Or please talk about food intake stuff food we should eat in a day
