You hit the nail on the head talking about fan concept kits, Tom.
My favourite kit under this current Adidas deal is still that first home one they did when they took over from Puma. Just a simple, traditional red shirt with white sleeves. No lightning bolts or patterns, no overload of white down the sides, no weird extra flaps at the back or unnecessary streaks of colour. At least in my opinion, if they want to experiment then they should use the third kit or pre-match shirts for that. Keep the main home and away kits clean and simple.
I like round necks rather than v necks. But I agree, keep it simple, just red body and white sleeves
I haven't bought an away kit for years now..I bought the green 3rd kit this season..I will be getting the new home kit.reminds me of the Sega kit we had when petit and co was playing.. looks nice
I agree I think the home kit will end up looking great
The ideal signing for us on the left side of our MF is Eduardo Camavinga ....Since the Madrid player is not attainable for now ... Baleba could be a good alternative coz he got similar attributes as well and can be developed to be a top player given his age.
Watching show on catchup. Great work as always Tom.
A rival fan sent me an image of the home arsenal kit and pointed out that the red forms the shape of a bottle 😅😅 so annoying!!😂
Eurgh.
I was just starting to get use to the tiger highlighter kit this season. Lol
Top work as always Tom ❤
Thanks mate
I understand the hay fever pain Tom 😢
Many players have come to Arsenal and cut their wages , Ian Wright being a prime example.
Are those shoulder parts on the reported next season shirt snippets of Wrighty’s range this season?
How I would love to see Patino at Arsenal
Tom! I’m awake. I’ve got my coffee. You may continue with the show.
Tom, am going to buy this season's away kit and print your name on it. maybe that would convince you that it's a wonderful kit
😂😂😂 don’t make it worse
The away matches the shoes that honored Rocky released a few years ago
Bro, you're a football channel, not a fashion one. Those kits are lit 🔥🔥🔥 Especially that black one. Trust me, I know. #COYG
😂😂 it’s the Arsenal. Why would you know more than anyone else aha
Tom I don't think you've watched Baleba enough. Carries that Brighton midfield. Looks after the ball so well. 50 million is the right price for him.
We’ll have to agree to disagree. I’ve seen plenty
I remember a bunch of us arriving at Liverpool St Stn on our way to the Emirates Cup. We saw a bunch of lost looking Celtic Fans obviously needing to go to the same place.
See them! Couldn’t miss them. They had the high viz yellow/green with black hoops.
We got them to hound us on the way to the pubs by the stadium. Seeing that bunch in the stands bouncing like a bunch of radioactive Bees going crazy at a rave. It had a weird optical effect. Anyone wants to know what it’s like living with visual snow, that’s what it’s like
Hi Tom, on the black kit. That website shows a more detailed version without the white shoulders. Looks much better
As always I'll wait till I see it fully before making my purchase decision.
Good show Tom. I wonder, considering Artetas use of the bench, whether players considering a move to Arsenal would consider that. My biggest criticism of Arteta is not using his bench to manage work loads, maintain match fitness and develop confidence.
Trust mate, players are queuing up.
I'm hay fever crazy too. Tom there's tablets called piraton in the chemist pretty ok
Tom I like Enciso from Brighton.
The away shirt is amazing imho.
I prefer the version of the away kit that got leaked a couple.of weeks ago. Black shirt, 3 green shoulder stripes, small green section on sides, and all red detail on front (badge, Adidas and Emirates).
Q re Rashford rumours. Would your stance apply if it were Toney instead? He's not my preference but you're always so strongly against signing him😆Personally I agree that the club has proven to be quite reliable in signing players thus far but honestly I just can't see it with Rashford. I mean where would he fit in the current setup? Havertz was much the same but at least there weren't concerns on his overall attitude. Nice show as always Tom! UTA
Why do we have the picture of a Bottle on our home kit? Did no one see this/think this through? As if we are not being trolled enough for bottling!
That's the first glance I've had at the reported new kits.. Not sure about the home one and I agree with Tom about the away kit. The random shoulder bits look like they've been awkwardly cut out of the Ian Wright pre match top and stuck on. Nice idea in theory but it in practice it looks ugly and uncoordinated. Big Ups TGT and let's keep at the 1k each and every day :o)
Ha! I like the away kit! Less sure about the home one though ….
COYG 🎉
Tom, I know Arsenal tend to wear next season's kit on the last match of the season, but if we are playing for the title against Everton we should be playing in this seasons kit. Thoughts?
I would agree
Adidas have had a couple hits now but if this are the next home kit then abort next season, wtf is happening in the design department?
Do we think these will be really be the kits? Or just rumors and they’ll be totally different in the end. Before this season the leaked colors I saw came precisely true…
They are the kits
@@TheGoonerTalkTV oh boy, really hoping we lose the mysterious marble arm pits 😂
In nautical terms Red is portside(left) and green is Starboard (right), So Arsenal is a ship an Aircraft carrier according to addias 😂😂
Baleba 👍
Shoulder pattern on the away kit is scandalous
That black kit would be epic if not for the shoulder weirdness... such a shame
This is a comment! Sorry I'm late Tom and chat!
This wages cap is good for arsenal while is bad for those money club like Chelsea and man city😊
Agreed
According to the Daily mail Rashford's wage is 300 000 pounds/week, totaling 15.6 millions/year. (They don't get paid when they are on holiday I think). Far too much imo.
Well that’s pretty much in line with what I’d have expected tbf
Don't compare Rashford to Havertz
1. Havertz works hard. Everyone knows Rashy doesn't do that
2. Rashy has a terrible attitude. And we all know why Auba left the club and haven't heard of such attitude problems at the club
3. Havertz is a versatile player. Rashford can only play on the left, ask your united mates if he's any good on the right. In the middle he doesn't have what's needed of a striker, besides pace
No, you do not sign players on a clean slate. You do your homework on them, on off the pitch.
Rashford can and has played through the middle.
If Arsenal went for him, as I say at this stage you defer to their judgement
@@TheGoonerTalkTV What reliable source has claimed Arsenal want him?
When it came out that United were open to selling him, that's when the speculations started. I can bet you, we'll soon here Chelsea are interested.
Who said Arsenal do?
@@TheGoonerTalkTV "If Arsenal went for him"
I'm trying to point out that these Rashford rumours are nothing more than media speculations. We've learned about Arteta and the project over the last 4 years, and we both know Rashford is the kind of player that goes against what we've learned
The attitude
Lack of hardwork off the ball.
And those 2 in particular are the most important in recruitment because they make a team. Look at all out players in this team, you can say this for all of them. If they aren't having a good game, the minimal they'll do is hard work, and that comes through a good attitude
See that word “if”
It’s like arguing about the air. It’s a hypothetical to which I said “IF” Arsenal were to go for him whilst there’s reason for questions we would have to defer to Arsenal’s expertise.
Also there’s definitely a project comparison to Havertz. You can talk about their differences but there’s no arguing against both being project signings maligned at the club their “old” clubs.
That black kit is man united’s current training gear colours Adidas are so uncreative 😂
The black kit is essentially this seasons goalkeeping kit but with those horrendous stripes and whack colours.
I hate the way kit suppliers get to make decisions about our heritage. The black kit is ok but where does green come from - nothing to do with Arsenal. Blue or yellow would be ok (and yellow could have been used for the arm pit decoration).
the away kit looks like a Mexico national team keit
Home kit ,a butchers apron !
I’d prefer we lose the green in the away shirt.
Great to catch up with the show today . My family and I have had a tough weekend . So please everyone add your likes for our 1k everyday. Up the gunners
Tom... If only you were sponsored by something that could change your geo-location! 😂🙄🤔
😀
Rashford earn £375 per week after his new deal
Source and breakdown?
I don't like the proposed home kit for next year, too much white and why the hell is there any blue on it at all.
The away kit looks fine to me, i like it but not as much as our current away kit.
Whatever the rules are .looks like they don't apply for man city
"North London is Red" Adidas proceed to make the new home kit more white than red...
🦂🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🦂
The bottom club will make 103.6 m
If you say Duck Hunt too quickly you will be de-monetised 😂
Gotta be careful
to much white on that home kit for my liking and the red looks like its the shape of a bottle which i aint a big fan of
Did any of you see Havertz tweeting after the game- an AI version of him celebreating on a stage in front of crowd?🤣 Hilarious - Ai Havertz 😜. Don't like the new kits. The red in home kit looks like a bottle😭 Also not a fan of rashford.Too one dimensional he only functions when given space. Don't think he will do well in situations when opponents keep a deep block, something which will be regular in our games. Hope we stay away
IAN WRITE IS A KENYAN. PURE KENYAN TASTE KID
A quick google says both his parents are Jamaican
A lot of white and blue on the new home kit 👀 🤢
Damn that away kit is ugly. Just give us last seasons away kit but swap out the Bronze accent colour with Silver, it would sell faster than Spurs being out of a title race.
These shirts are getting worse and worse lol
Both kits are terrible
The new away kit is BORING ! BORING ! BORING !
Looks like Arsenal are being used for politics.
The away kit looks like the Palestinian 🇵🇸 flag
🤦🏻♂️
I think if you try hard enough, everything looks like something.
The suggestions are it takes inspiration from Ian Wright’s Jamaican and Rocastle’s Trinidadian heritage.
Oh i see. 👍🏻
Love the away kit.... got the Palestinian colours ❤🇵🇸
