As an ultralight hiker and sometimes bushcrafter I find most of these products to be nonsense you dont need.....But, for some reason I still like watching this🙂. It's still fun to see what new stuff is out there.
I jogged through the whole video in about 10 minutes. Most of the products are either crap or not remotely new. Some rely on technology which will technically work, but are wholly impractical like the peltier chargers. Others are poor value, like all the rooftop campers, or the jenga slide in rigs
I enjoyed most of your products. Water purifier, solar charger for your mobile phone, hot water is always good on camping trips. Looking forward to more camping inventions.
I am not big on camping (i did a lot of that while in the army), but I do like to travel and I did see a lot of things I could use to save time and money while I travel.
I love these inventions. I think I need that Rocket Burner stove for my Van Life travels. I love fire, but making a big one takes a while and meanwhile I starve to death, lol.
Wow, lots of these products are VERY expensive. The heated jacket costs over $800. The sturdy pop-up tent on the roof costs over $20,000. Half of this stuff is way too unaffordable.
No matter when and where you go camping, you do have to bring lots of stuff: food, water, sleeping bags, stove, etc. sanitary supplies, it seems like your whole house sometimes without furniture. That’s a fact that I know after 50 years of camping 😊
Hey Sarg, I don't think this thing is meant for hollin out in the boonies. But if you take a rope up in that thing when you have set up in your back yard you could drop the rope over the neighbors fence and pull up his wife and he would not know where she went. Lol. I would have definitely done that in my younger years and wouldn't even get dressed if he caught us. Hahahaha.
@USMC6976 I see these balloon tent things as a novelty, people using them in glamping situations, outdoor air bnb novelty type stuff. You know those city people would eat that stuff up. 😀
The portable toilet is cool, with the tent cover that drops down over you. It could be used right on the side of the highway in the breakdown lane. Very convenient.
Dude. Just stop at a gas station or truck stop or fast-food restaurant. The only use-case for such a thing that isn't just idiotic is a river-rafting trip through a remote area.
The prices vary so if you go below (more...) and look, each item is by the time of the video. Click on the link and the current price is shown.........
Awesome video! So many great products. I hope people start making nice kitchen and sleeping areas for minivans so you can cook instead when being stealth or in bad weather.
I loved the FastPitch PopUp Tent, and the Big Agnes Sleeping Bag! I will look into buying those two with one of those drinking straws and that mini Spoon/fork set. Looks great. Although I wonder just how expensive they will be 😂
Exatly what i was thinking, for this kind of persons is better dont go way from home to nature, better seat in a city park , go mac donalds eat and went home after giving food to the birds.
These beautiful ladies love being out in the cold, with the bugs and critters. Away from warm showers and bathrooms. I didn't know so many ladies that are 8 or 9s pass on the 4 star beach hotels and really would rather spend a week in a tent in the rain and snow. Awesome!!!
Are you implying that you've always believed that only ugly women (like a 7 or less on your beauty scale) like to camp? 'Cause that's how some folks are gonna read this comment.
Problem with rooftop tents is that every time you wanna go somewhere, or go out to get supplies, or drive down to the beach. You’ve got to break camp. too much work. They look cool though.
I invented my own system of camping called General Ultra-Light Agile Glamping (G.U.L.A.G.) where all you need to set it up is a small ball of string and a rusty butter-knife. All the other materials, such as mud, sticks, leaves, and stones can be sourced right on location. Ideal for long-term camping (10+ years).
The one cooking module can be powered up anywhere, unless your camping and there is no electric outlets for miles. Most of these inventions look awesome and a lot of thought has gone into them. My number one drawback to camping is having a tent that is not water proof and most of these tent options look very waterproof.
That was Dad’s direct quote! 😅😂🤣 His business Rosscraft Co. est 1956 was one of the earliest custom campers/ travel trailers manufacturing Companies and by 1987 we were one of Only 3 manufacturers on the east coast to still make wood frame RV’s and TruckCaps! We had a certain customer who Always got 500,000 out of each of his trucks and our truckcaps Easily outlasted 3 models of vehicles for him ! I remember fondly a customer coming by and complaining he needed a new rear door for his cap, that it only lasted 10 YEARS of Every Day Use on His Farm ! 😅😂🤣
Hey let’s go camping, I really want to rough it, like the before technology people did. Ok, just tell me where and I’ll have a small house built there, we should be able to use it in about 3 months!! Yay I can’t wait!
Guys, the most important thing ive learned about campers IS: #1: lightweight means cheap p.o.s. that wont last. I cant imagine what 'extremely lightweight' consists of...paper & cardboard?? Rather, get you a well built unit in trade for the extra weight all day long. And #2 load from midway to the front of trailers for traveling
Camping Materials must be in square thin sheets (non corrosive) walls to withstand strong winds, snow, large animals attack or enter (lions, tigers, bears)
That cart the hipster might actually be useful for people that are blind. I know when I have to go shopping I have to use a cane with one hand and carry and roll the bag with another hand.. The actual hip mechanism might also be a great idea if they sold it separately to go with things like strollers and other bags since it’s blind mothers actually have to pull their strollers from behind
As an outdoors person, I really enjoyed your video and seeing all the cool things that are on the market. By the way, this is my first time seeing your channel......I'm now a subscriber. 🙂
I'm pretty sure my overactive bladder would be an issue if I was atop a car with a ladder to get down to a potty( also prone to 'the runs') but if they add an inflated slide for quick relief! 😂
I got a V2 which is absolutely excellent mine is an earlier model than this, but it's still functions and it still works. I must admit that I happen to like the fact that this one unlike the one I have is a bit more compact.
I'm dissapointed that a vast majority of the "inventions" listed here are just basic camping gear that's been slightly redesigned. The stovepot and it's followup -- a literal tent, are particularly insulting. These are not new inventions. Edit: To be clear, I'm saying that 4 out of 5 entries in this video are concepts and tools we've had for 20+ years. A tent that can hold a bed! A kitchen in your car! A backpack carrier!! All have been around and (quite frankly) done better, earlier. If you think a pocket wrench is a new invention, you quite simply don't know what you're talking about.
But there was a first aid kit. I don't think anyone has thought of that before. And it comes in a unique red package. Whoever thought of this was a genius.
I like camping but i have a bad back and the extra padded and warm sleeping bag could work for me! And also a cooler that would stay cool. I really liked the axe/ saw/ shovel multi tool thing. Oh yeah and the safety trip wire thing.

I don't camp at all and still like watching these vids lol
I agree
Yeah I hear ya. A lot of this stuff is pretty gimmicky and is probably not worth carrying around, but I watched the entire hour.

GOSH THIS STUFF IS INCREDIBLE.......BEAUTIFUL INVENTIONS.
... and largely awful.
Love that air operated pop-up tent idea -- you can actually do it yourself...
That suitcase on wheels seemed practical.
Great video, prices on the products in the video would have been Awsome.
Lol, agreed
That could have lead to them being demonetized as the viewers had heart attacks.

No one is taking a large STEEL balloon that requires a boon truck to set up and a ladder to use on a camping trip.

and how do you adjust the tensioners as the tree grows if you don't have the heavy equipment?
Thanks for the video & there was some good items 👍🏻
These incredible camping inventions are truly the best of all time! Definitely something everyone will appreciate. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for these great tips!! Definitely the portable toilet😅
You're so welcome!
Excellent information and I liked the first aid kit and all the water filter system. Awesome!.
Those were some of the most useful items in the video.
Nothing better than an AI telling you what you need need while camping. It's all so easy when all conditions are perfect lol.
Thank you very much for the links, very big hugs for all and ¡¡¡A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!, 👍👍👍.
Happy new year!
"the mono-walker"..guaranteed to drag you over the edge of a cliff when you least expect it.🤔😔
🤣🤣🤣
Death by wheelbarrow!
I don’t camp unless Its camp Hilton, camp Hyatt or camp Marriott. But I love these videos.
How does one get in the balloon-type of tent, hanging from a tree..? Is there a accompanying stair or do you have to take a 'dive up'?
These are incredible inventions.... I still have about 50 minutes to go into this video. But I hope there is gonna be a portable bathroom... 🤔
Was thinking the same...this has never been included in videos I've seen. Toilet, bathroom
haha you have to make it all the way to the end of the video. it's there!
Waiting for teleportation so it can just be beamed straight out 😂

What great innovations have been developed since I last camped 15+ years ago. I’m too old to go now but sure wish I could.
Nah, never 2 old, what with all these creature comforts u can have now 🏞️🌲
Awesome video! So many great products. I hope people start making nice kitchen and sleeping areas for minivans so you can cook instead when being stealth or in bad weather.

Praying for a quick recovery
Love my coffee too. Good video.
As a person with disabilities, traditional camping is out of reach. Many of these gadgets would make camping possible again! Thank you!
Working in an outdoor environment for a living I found this video very good and I'm sure to upgrade some of my kit this year.
The best compilation of such products I've ever seen
Thank you so much 🙂
I'm watching this video think to myself on alot of these, "That's completely stupid and unnecessary. I need 3."
The camping stove 😂😂
I could probably use them all. Hehehe
I fell on the floor laughing so hard, my husband said "wth is wrong with you?" I read him your comment, he laughed so hard then said " So true" 😂
Exatly what i was thinking, for this kind of persons is better dont go way from home to nature, better seat in a city park , go mac donalds eat and went home after giving food to the birds.
That camper box is pure van life made easy.
I really like the car top pop up tents.
seems risky nowadays. someone steals your jeep while you're in the tent sleeping.

That insta potty would work when we go fishing at the coast, surf fishing.
Really cool and impressive, i do camp and hike also at times i like more than just my backpack and sleeping bag tent set up
All these items are essential having something for all and any kind of camping... depending on how where and how long you want to camp 💯
Most of these items are silly and pointless.
Some interesting stuff but a wood burning stove for your backpack? I doubt I could get far with that lol.
The prices on these things would be a nice addition
I feel like everything shown here, is just overly pricey, fancy wrapping, easy to tear open packages, for bear snacks.
So does the first one come with its own crane.
Great video with details and demo 😊. I'm looking forward to purchasing a few items in the future 🏕. Thanks for sharing 🌻. #Respect #NewSub
I wonder sometimes with these everything you need tents/trailer units no one considers the need to go to the bath room lol
