I dont understand, Bandai has come a long way on Head Engineering with the WFM kits, they barely used stickers, So how come with these Seed Freedom kits that were back on the eye stickers?
a sticker in the cheeks? WTF..if you ask SNAA, surely they can pull off a separated pieces for that tiny part...bet mecha gaikotsu will give this kit a silver/gold tier
Istg he always glazes new kits but when it’s something slightly old or a remold of an old kit he bashes it like it’s the worst. If anything old kits have a weird charm to them.
The fact that it's 2024 and they're still making us use the stickers for the cheeks. That is lame. Of course, I will use them but it would have been nice if Bandai put more effort into color-separating those cheeks parts
After 20 years from the original release the head still needs stickers on the cheeks...seriously? All thrusters still no color seperation as the original release also same as Duel and the price from 1050¥ to 2860¥ so...1810¥ just for a little bit of inner frame huh? Idk this is laziness of Bandai's engineer or what.
@Shinnasuka73 Sorry to make you feel that way bro. As engineering student myself the very first lesson I learned is the purpose: "improve the product, maintain its function, lower the cost". My intention is to make you see what it should have been for gunpla nowadays. First they spent 20 years made so many gunpla kits and I'm glad it gets improve especially with WFM that kinda revolution of HG. Inner frame, great color sep, great length of motion. Then the next series comes out after WFM are Build metaverse and Seed freedom. Build series improve 00 diver arc's head to fully color separates from stickers places on 00's face and that's a good sign so why don't take this modern technology and improve Seed freedom kits too. But they still... goes with stickers. Second. Don't you notice something? The price of HG now even higher than RG itself. Let's compare this RG aile strike came out 2011 with 2500¥ and what you got is full inner frame(even it's terrible), almost fully color separates(except for eyes and sensors), panel lines... quite a lot, quite well articulation. Even it's comes with so many loose joints. But for that it's worth(maybe) the money you spent on it(cause I bought 8 of them). Now for HG lightning buster. Articulation maybe better, panel lines not so much, worse color separates and comes with 2860¥ price tag. Spent money more over some RG kits for an HG do you think this is fair to you buddy? I'm no mad. Just talk with reason ok?
I'm probably going to get this and paint it to a different colour scheme but damn... I agree with most of the comments here about the cheek stickers
