I would like to look up the songs he played on the oud , saz and koboz. If you know the names of the songs it would be a great help and much appreciated
Arany, I am 63, been playing music most of my life. You are truly an amazing talent, I am still finding more cultures whose music and instruments you have learned! I cannot seem to stop listening! THANK YOU!
He’s in a very hard, echoey room, which makes some of these sound more harsh than they might in different settings. Like bagpipes are supposed to audible outdoors to lots of soldiers in battle, for example, so indoors they can be overwhelming.
Hi Arany, that was truly astounding! I loved the way that you played the Portuguese Guitar, as I have never really taken much notice of it before. Thanks very much. David
Well for the stringed instruments at least, if they have consistent tuning schemes you'd really only need to learn two or three left handed parts, and only have to learn the different picking/strumming patterns for each
Great music! Probably one of the greatest contemporary musicians! I am glad we live in the era of Internet and can listen to you. After Covid passes I hope to see you in a live concert.
Saz, kemence, ney.. these are all persian originated instruments and their names are literally rooted in the persian language. saz means 'to make/compose', kamanche means 'little bow', ney is 'straw/tube'.
Le a kalappal! Őszinte elismerésem! Gyönyörű hangszergyűjtemény és hozzá méltó tehetség. Ráadásul a hagyományos hangszerek hangja él, szemben a modern társaik hangjával, ami ebben a sziporkázó bemutatóban is jól kitűnt. Köszönet azért, hogy ablakot nyít számunkra egy olyan letűnt világra, ami sok szempontból emberibb volt. I take my hat off! Here goes my sincere recognition of you. A splendid compilation of instruments with a worthy talent to match it. And to top it all off, the sound of traditional musical instruments is alive unlike that of their modern counterparts, which is well presented in this brilliant demonstration. I thank you for opening a window for us onto a bygone time which in many respects was more humane.
music is one trade, and, anyway, the saying doesn't isn't commonly used to mean one can not be a master of many trades, but that some who try their hand at everything are no good at anything. The comment by Keith Bray lets me know that wasn't the original intention
Es usted un presionante! Soy seguidora música en cuanto a musica medieval! Saludos cordiales desde México Are you awesome I am a follower of hers in terms of medieval music !!Kind regards from Mexico
Collection très impressionnante, Musicien très impressionnant sachant offrir à chaque instrument une musique en lien avec son pays d'origine….et dans le style. Bravo et Merci Zoltan!
I am now in Bulgaria and we go to Maedony for a visiting family. Lovely at the hotel room to hear the sounds of my favorite instruments. Thank you very talented.
And I thought I play lots of instruments :) You're an inspiration man, its like you got 10 players and all folk music genres in one video, pleasure to see and listen. Bravo and keep enjoying your instruments and bringing beautiful music to your crowd. Cheers!
my compliments for your ability to play all these instruments but above all for your speed in playing such a large number of music from all over the world. Thanks, thanks, thanks
Amazing! How did you even aquire all of these instruments? I can barely find something quite common as an accordion in any of the music stores I've been to.
The internet is your friend where obscure instruments are concerned. The other source is publications (again, often available online these days) for people who play a particular instrument or group of instruments.
You are a wonderful musician, knowing that music is the universal language (with maths lol !). Thank you for making us discover sounds and tunes from the world over.
Nagyszeru! Az ovisokkal most mar nemcsak beszelgetni tudunk a kulonbozo hangszerekrol, de halljuk is a hangjukat! ~~ Nagyon szepen koszonom ezt a megosztast. Egy regi almom valt valora: rovid bemutatasa a hangszereknek EGY videoban. Koszonom.
Wow, your talent, versatility & passion are off the charts into the super unknown. So many different hand styles and techniques. Would love to hear a string quartet of your choosing on these. 🤘👍 Pictures at an exhibition by moussorgski? 🙂
How come you don't own a cimbal (in Croatian it's called a cimbal, I don't know the english name)? Because of your name i assumed you are Hungarian and you play santoor and it's pretty similar to cimbal which is a Hungarian instrument

I have more than 50 instruments at home. If my wife check I take home a hammered dulcimer, I'm sure I'd sleep outside in the doghouse more than one week . ;)
Although I would like to focus only on the Balkan Arabic Armenian Georgian and Japanese music, I would really like to learn and own that number of instruments and more of possible, at the moment I play Thracian Gaida and Pontic Lyra at a decent level. I must admit that you are putting a lot of effort and you are doing a good job considering the fact that you need loads of time to master every instrument that you have. Cheers!
The Ukulele and Kazoo where undoubtedly the best instruments in this video, their exquisite sound and rich history only strengthens their quality and grandness.
Your collection is really impressive. But more impressive is the fact you can play all those instruments so well and wholeheartedly, Mr Arany.

The people who disliked the video only know two instruments : a blender, and mayonnaise.
Impressive work, sir.
No Hamza, the mayonaise is not an instrument.
* raises hand*
who cares? Horseradish isn’t an instrument either
Exactly
This man is a music genius.

Arany Zoltan, I just clicked on one of your videos randomly. I only want to say: Thank you so much for your music. It warms my heart.
Hi Arany, that was truly astounding! I loved the way that you played the Portuguese Guitar, as I have never really taken much notice of it before. Thanks very much. David

HURDY GURDY
I am Turkish and I am so glad to see you playing Saz, Kemençe, Ney, Oud. It was really nice listening ''Yastayım'' with Ney :)
@khosrow parviz guilty...
@khosrow parviz you're so funny!
@khosrow parviz The Pontian Lyra is a Byzantine Greek instrument from the 8 century AD...
Saz, kemence, ney.. these are all persian originated instruments and their names are literally rooted in the persian language. saz means 'to make/compose', kamanche means 'little bow', ney is 'straw/tube'.
It is also a Ladino and Hebrew song
All those instruments and one genius musician! Bravo!
Este señor arany Zoltan es todo un maestro en la música medieval. Muy pocas joyas culturales como está hay en estos tiempos.
So many wonderful instruments!!!!
Loved how you played one of my favorite songs "Kuando El Rey Nimrod" on the Oud.
It's so soulful and beautiful, thank you very much for everything you do!
Greetings from Russia!
So basically your days and life are made of music.
Amazing man.
A lot of those I didn't even knew.
Its like to watch those polyglot people that speak 20 languages or so ever,
God, I adore and admire you so much, thank you for existing and doing what you do - and posting it on youtube :D

This proves that the saying "Jack of all trades, master of none", isn't true
fun fact - there's a second half to that phrase - the whole thing is "Jack of all trades, but master of none, is better than a master of one"
@Pferd Schild Lest thee be judged
music is one trade, and, anyway, the saying doesn't isn't commonly used to mean one can not be a master of many trades, but that some who try their hand at everything are no good at anything. The comment by Keith Bray lets me know that wasn't the original intention
Como siempre, mi gran admiración! Felicitaciones!

Norwegian wood :)
Biztos rengetegszer hallottad már, de nagyon tehetséges vagy! Nagyon szép hangszer gyűjtemény és nagyon jó dallamok, minden elismerésem! :)

You are a great musician. I always listen to your music when I go hiking. I admire you!
Great show Did not know it was possible for one man to own and play so many instruments . Very well done.
What an amazing talent that you can play all those instruments!
Amazing! How did you even aquire all of these instruments?
I can barely find something quite common as an accordion in any of the music stores I've been to.
I would assume specialty shops or online. I've seen a few of the stringed instruments showcased here in old "classical" music shops.
The internet is your friend where obscure instruments are concerned. The other source is publications (again, often available online these days) for people who play a particular instrument or group of instruments.
Kirby Stole My Hat i wonder what country that is
The santoor was awesome!

Ти си вълшебник! Браво!
So many unique and interesting instruments! How did you learn all of them? You're amazing Arany!
Edit: Omg that Ukulele & Kazoo part! So cute!
David Ocampo Arany is his surname. Zoltán is the first name. Hungarians write their names the other way around. Just like Japanese.
Christian Changer Cool. Thanks for the info! :-)
Wow that's so amazing! You are amazing! :)
Lesser known fact: dude just played the entire LOTR soundtrack
I get what you meant. Yes, the scales and tonalities of these selections are much like what Howard Shore used for his score for LOTR.
Great! Arany, your music accompanies me through my day. Abraços brasileiros na Irlanda.
Muito obrigado!
Eu sou Húngaro. ;)
@ Obrigado! ouço todos os seus álbuns pelo Deezer. Feliz que você publicou suas músicas lá!
Abraços à Hungria!
The Oud is amazing!

17:08 that outro was epic
Yep, it's originally I think was a soundtrack in an Italian comedy movie, in a "Bud Spencer" movie. :)))
@@HeyJoeHUN81-PCRPGCommunityI love Bud Spencer 😢

Thanku sir your video information
Now, THIS is how a multi-fucking-instrumentalist looks and sounds like!
