    I perform these two movements as a superset on the TRX at the gym as a finisher. I like the single-arm choral version that you demonstrated and I will try that next time. As far as the tricep push I usually do that overhead but the problem is I always feel like the TRX is off balance. Almost like one arm is working a little differently than the other this can be a little frustrating.
