Evreything hes saying is completely wrong. DEI policies are mostly enforced by conservative owned companies like CEOS of banks for ex, places like home depot (corporate not retail), etc. because it makes them the most money lol
Those corperations have moved from conservative to left wing/sociialist in nature as they want to pay the employees eqully (less) and under socialism the top of the pyramid gets even more wealth while also having more power as thy become more of an oligarhcy.
I would encourage people to watch and listen to a man called Mosab Hassen Yousef and especially his interview with Jordan B Peterson. This man is the son of a member of Hamas and will open your eyes as to what Hamas do, how they think, and what they are willing to do to their own people. He shows people what is really happening between Israel and Palestine.
