One point I specifically want to mention... if the mom is always praise about her mom (to a superlative extent that might even sound unusual and a bit odd at times), can this be a sign that her mom too was similar in certain ways and she is still in that circle not realizing the fact? Asking bcoz often daughters are made to believe the greatness of their moms in an exaggerated way. If a mom literally worshipped her mom, she might expect her daughter to worship her as well and anything short if that might amount to lack of care, love, respect or gratefulness.
