Thank you so much for your videos. I have improved my practice a lot thanks to all your tips and techniques. I have also become much more conscious of my body. If you created a series on yoga practice addressing various types of injuries (what to practice if part x is injured, or how to adapt the practice to a specific injury) I'd be forever grateful. And I suspect I wouldn't be the only person to appreciate this. Once again, thank you for sharing your knowledge!
I really like what your talking about here. I first began to sense the correct hip/back position from practicing navasana for so many years. Particularly, the scooping of the pelvis and engagement of the lower torso.
Thank you so much D& J. Can you go over the hip placement ( holding bandhas) with forward bending and that slight hip action that you mentioned… if you could touch on that even more would be helpful 🙏🏼🪷.
You can engage mula & uddiyana with an anterior tilt. And actually in your demo she moves into that anterior tilt as she folds. I say get the skin out from underneath your sit bones, start in anterior tilt, engage the bandhas, and you will begin to go deeper into the forward folds. Never start with posterior tilt, it is counter productive (even with bent knees tight hamstrings, tilt pelvis anteriorly).
Thanks a lots D & J
Great learning curve
Kudos to your efforts

Thank you so much…very very helpful!
Good to know. I was anteriorly tilting the pelvis!
Thanks, very useful! And spreading the suffering evenly is really key 🤣🤣🤣🤣🙏🙏
