@@Biochemistrybasics yes sir...it is needed too much now because due to pandemic we r joining online classes of MBBS 1st year..so for making Clear concept of these tests we need some laboratory like feeling and that we can get from your valuable videos..thank you so much sir
@@Biochemistrybasics Feeling blessed to have your kind reply..sir I have cleared NEET 2020 and taken admission in a gov medical college but due to pandemic n online classes some prblms , doubts are here . That's why I m watching UA-cam videos and there your videos are the best one..I m following your videos and I ll follow your videos from today only..they are much helpful..thank you once again.
@@preranarana2429 I try my best to reply each and every comment from my students. There are more than 200 videos on Biochemistry with NEET PG MCQS. So you can have idea regarding neet pg exam too. Just started video series on Chemistry part. All important practical videos are also there.
@@Biochemistrybasics As I am A teacher newly handle for higher class I have some doubt in practical. Thats why I watch your video really very clear and simple.
Thanks Ravina. Why in Benedict test five ml of reagents and 8 drops of urine taken The reason why five milliliters of Benedict's reagent and eight drops of urine are used in the test is to maintain consistency and standardization in the procedure. Using a fixed volume of reagent ensures that the test is conducted under the same conditions each time, which is important for obtaining reliable results. Similarly, the use of a fixed number of drops of urine helps to ensure that the amount of reducing sugar in the sample is within the detection range of the test. Too much or too little urine can skew the results and make it difficult to interpret them accurately. Overall, the use of fixed volumes and amounts in the Benedict's test is important for ensuring that the test is performed accurately and consistently, and that the results obtained are reliable and meaningful. Hope it helps
The alkaline sodium carbonate present converts the sugar into a strong reducing agent called enediols. Due to the creation of cuprous oxide Cu2o during the reduction reaction, the mixture's colour changes from blue to brick-red precipitate
Thank you so much sir... this video has demonstration, viva question n also explanation... it's too much helpful

Iodine test, barfoed test, osazone test bhi upload kijiye or unknown carbohydrates ka bhi plz sir Ji
Sure
@@Biochemistrybasics thankyou so much sir ji
Benedict's reagent react with reducing sugar color get yellow,.why?

1 .solubility test, molisch test, Fehlings test, Barfoeds test, selliwanoffs test, iodine test, ozasone test
Solubility test to the sample add 1drop of water soluble in water ,may be monosaccharide / insoluble in water it is may be Disaccharide
It is correct or not sir
