Anybody who will found this video. If you want to change Vergil Voicelines to the one you like you need ARCTool, Audacity and REXSEWTool. Unpack with ARCTool vergil voicelines archive (it lies at ativeDX10 om_pc\sound\se\player\pl030\arc_for), convert xsew files into wav with REXSEWTool, then put them into Audacity to see their audio sample rate. After that convert the ones you want to hear into wav with that sample rate and 16-bit signed PMC codec. With REXSEWTool convert yours files into XSEW (Also don't forget to choose REV 1/2) and replace original xsew files with yours that lies in \pl030_core\sound\se\player\pl030\source. Pack pl030_core folder into arc and replace original (I hope you make the backup of it) arc file in ativeDX10 om_pc\sound\se\player\pl030\arc_for.
