I just ran through a kilo of their standard grey. It worked just fine for me, both straight up and mixed 80/20 with Siraya Tenacious.

Nice. I think I’ll have to try mixing it soon since it worked so nicely.

I found Sunlu Resin when I needed to save money for a large print project I was doing, now its my go to. Its pretty good resin, could be more flexible but for the price its awesome.

Yeah it’s a really good resin. Still can’t get over how runny it is 🤣

@@GrayScalpMiniatures yeah the viscosity is high. I tell myself it helps when printing in a chilly room but I'm sure that's not the case lol

@@lordnovas I'm not 100% sure but I feel like it does help. When I heat my room my other resins become similar in consistency as the Sunlu at a lower temperature. So looks like it is helpful!

I'd absolutely recommend trying the Sunlu ABS. It's been the most durable ABS I've tried so far.

Sunlu standard Grey is my go-to resin! Love it!! prints beautifully!

Sunlu Abs-Like is my go to resin, but honestly it’s only slightly more durable than the standard and plant based. Though if I was selling minis online or in person it definitely wouldn’t be my go to.

I ordered the ABS-like and the PA-like resin from Sunlu. They should be more flexible. Can't wait to try them out!

Their ABS-like also holds detail well and still costs like 25 euros per litre. It's great that there's an actually good and durable resin that's cheap because I can't afford to print entire armies using TGM-7.
I save that stuff for hero models and some bigger models where it looks like it has a lot of parts that could easily break because I do think that TGM-7 is a bit more durable.

I have been using this resin for a year or so now and love it. I think the ABS like version is slightly better for details IMO but it has been harder to get off Amazon recently.

No problem finding it here, they had it for $30-32 per 2kg which ,
makes it dirt cheap for ABS like... dumped it in the vat with SirayaTech Fast metallic grey leftovers and immediately noticed it had quite a brown tint to it and lighter grey...

I bought three bottles a while back, in grey color. I largely came to the same conclusions you did. The only thing I changed in my settings compared to Anycubic's Standard Grey, is that I slightly lowered the exposure time. Cleanup is super easy, but I have a different experience where it comes to durability. Granted, I don't try dropping them, but I have found that thin parts on models bend way (WAY) more before actually breaking off. Resins I've previously used were all pretty brittle and tiny swords or daggers would pretty much just snap off with a moderate drybrush. I don't have that problem with this resin, though, there seems to be just a lot more flex even after final curing.
What REALLY does it for me, is that I can get three liters of it for less than what I pay for two bottles of Anycubic's stuff (which has been the cheapest resin I could source locally)

Yeah for the price this stuff is great. I've been working with it on some of my larger prints because it just seems to print without failures every time!

@@GrayScalpMiniatures Absolutely! The only thing I have not tried yet is larger multipart prints, but I'm doing that this weekend. Curious to see how it holds up to warping and shrinking.

at 2:35, do you notice that Sunlu Standard tend to be finicky on some shape situations? you know, where it looks like you didn't give it robust enough supports, but it printed fine in other standard resins. I might be having consistency issue like one in the timestamp with this resin

Before shaking the bottle take the top off or a few seconds, that will release any built up gases,
