nice sight seeing... when I saw the beans for breakfast I thought that was a strange side to put out but then realize they do sever refried beans and egg tacos around here... thanks for sharing.
I love Northumberland! So close to the city and then close to the country and the beaches are good to , I live up in Northumberland . I am originally from the midlands. Love your channel
Holy Island, yep we did that last year, took the car across and got back just before the tide came in! Fascinating place to visit and the locals were really friendly👍
I broke down on holy island 😂 trying to explain to the AA where it I was interesting . It’s a lovely coastline , I drive trains down the east coast and always love all the views it offers .
Bamburgh Castle, I think you can walk round it on street view, you can do that for tynemouth priory. Northumberland where I'll head when I'm rich. Warkworth is lovely. Its all mouth like the mouth in your face, Allan mouth. X
We've been to Holy Island a few times. Christine's Mam and Dad's ashes are scattred there. There's signs to let you know when its safe to cross the causeway. I thought you would have put that vlog out at 25fps (my goto setting), which gives a more cinematic movment blur, rather than the high speed shutter.
A train driver for that area watched this vlog - he has a walking the countryside channel called 'Border rambler'. He's in the comments section of this video somewhere.
Sort of, yes. It's kind of a hobby of my boyfriend's and he does it a lot. He goes to meet up with musicians to play but also explores/experiences the local area while he's there, too. He goes overeas and all sorts. I'll probably join him more once my daughter has left for uni, but in the meantime, I don't want to go away for too many weekends. Thanks so much, Linn. x

Hi Donny hope your feeling better.
Loads of memories up that way! We went on an A-LEVEL geography trip to Northumberland/ Lindisfarne Castle for a week
Farewell Kelso! I'll miss you!
The Castle was huge, and so many nice buildings too, love the stone and brick, it's nicer than how they build now I think. :o)
Looks like you've had a nice get away! That train was flying! Whoa!
Wow! Loving that castle! Would love to see that inside.
That super-fast train made me laugh. Lol! Gah, I loooove the scenery there!! All the cobbled streets and castles. Tear-worthy. 😭
Eat, pack and get out there, I don't blame you, so much to see! We loved visiting that area last summer, during our short but nice heatwave!😎☀️
So many castles, so little time!
You have done great with the weather for your weekend away. How lovely!
I know!! What a blessing!
You are looking RADIANT!!!! ☺️🌺

If you ever go back, Bamburgh Castle is definitely worth a visit, stunning views from the top!😎
Cool you got a whistle-stop tour of the area...
#GoImo - Looks like a masterpiece.
Thanks 😊
Wow! That train scared me 😳 it was fast!!
OOh I want to go there. It's beautiful. And that's the fastest Train I have ever seen. I almost that it was an animation.
I couldn’t believe the speed of the train coming through the station! I thought Scotland was beautiful 😍
I really hope to make it to Lindisfarne this year... we didn't have time to get their because of the tidal schedule when we visited last year.
Love ur vlog❤️
Thanks!

Good video
Oooooh, love the tattie scones!
Your musical groups sound really do. Do you have DVD’s for purchase?
Aw Thanks. We haven’t done anything recently, to be honest. I don’t have anything with any of my current line ups. Thanks, though! X
Look at that bullet train go! Almost looks like the footage was sped up!
I know - it was astonishing!!

I'll have to check that out! :)
Did you guys just travel there to play with friends?
