- Did the Rat Race Runstock Virtual race and squeezed 3 runs in over 48hrs to get 100km done. And felt pretty good. As I'm way heavier than the average runner doing long distance creates some issues for me so I thought I'd summarise what I do to stay feeling good.
Great video Mark. I'm your height, 20lbs lighter, 10 years younger. Last weekend I did my first 50k with 2400m of elevation... I think I'm going to invest in a powerdot!
Awesome bike lots of money do...been looking at the gravel from specialized s-works...if i survive Corona financially I’ll get something similar to start Ironman training again. mark lewis, ;-) if You can order it now You’ll survive definitely 😂 I’m struggling with running angles swollen and caves are in pain trying to loose weight with walking, biking and as soon as possible swimming...I’m 6‘4,7“ and 239,6lbs so dawn heavy for me...biggest respect ✊ for Your journey ( my goal is 216-220lbs) thanks for all the motivation...to get a bike maybe I’ll get spare one car 😂 and only keep the Multivan T6 in emergency i can sleep in it including the bike to be safe 😎😂
