Correction: Whisper of Rime is the only way to have Frost Armor x8, so Icefall Mantle will grant you max stacks depending on if Rime is equipped.
You should use Whisper of refraction to get class ability energy back when defeating frozen targets
A good call. I think the reason I don't is because I'm able to refresh Frost Armor so easily thanks to Diamond Lance and Stasis Shards. There is not much reason to keep spamming my class ability unless I need a panic button.
