I get you’re trying to get that bread, appreciate the hustle. But man, I just gotta say that it’s depressing as absolute hell that a “nice” house with some neat fixtures in a suburb 50km away from the city is $1.7M, especially in this current economic climate. I remember when I was young and my friends parents bought a “fancy” house in the Walnut Grove area for $400k (this was maybe 2004?). Meanwhile real wages have declined since that time and prices have skyrocketed. It feels hopeless man. Wish you luck personally brother but just had to vent.
Hi Kurush, I feel you. I remember when my parents bought their first home in the early 90s for under $200,000. And now, just trying to get into the market is a challenge. It's hard to see our city become so expensive and out of reach for many. I hope things turn around soon and people can start getting ahead again.
