    Also, the b-roll from the 2x is slightly out of focus due to lens malfunction 🤦🏻

    Don’t neglect other smaller makers! Boris Kolner makes a specific single focus for the Sankor 16C that works great, called the “2 component”, which is comprised of a diopter on the filter thread and a front housing of another diopter in a helicoid. It’s rather neat.

      No I don't neglect the smaller ones. I checked his stuff out and I'm intrigued to say the least. Will have a look and maybe try it out since I did not get my big build to work in an easy way :)

    Can you test the Aivascope 1.5x with a. Sony 70-200mm f2.8 ii GM taking lens (or Sigma/Canon/etc equivalent)? I know on the website it says the sweet spot is 50-90mm, but I wonder what a long 70-200mm would look like, especially at 135mm and above...

      What Lens did you use with the Aivascope Adapter???
      it looked as you used the Helios 44-2 58mm

      Yeah, I used the Helios adapted to EF and then the aivascope in front of the Helios :)
