These apartments are really outdated and the caulking is horrible. Lol 15$ to clean a toilet?
$15 for two squirts of delimer lmao. If you’re going to nickel and dime your tenants, you should at least give them caulking and cill jobs that aren’t a fucking eyesore.

They more than likely cleaned that toilet. A lot of these toilets if they go without flushing for a few days to weeks dirt and lime will drain from the part where the water comes from in that inner rim and make the toilet dirty

yeah all he showed us was the microwave hadn't been wiped down on the outside.
how do you justify the $15 dollars for the dirty toilet when the law says 'normal wear and tear" and did you have to provide receipts for that?
That is ridiculous. Maybe the interest from the security deposit covered that $15 dollars. It had to take at least 5 minutes and 50 cents worth of toilet cleaner to clean that toilet. Oh yeah, they probably had to purchase a new toilet brush. This guy should have been happy with everything else that was done , but no.
Wear and tear does not cover cleanliness. If the landlord requires to clean or hire someone to clean it, then there is a cost associated to it. The tenans should have taken better care of their rental and clean it properly.
The sink was never cleaned, they just never washed their hands lol
One potential problem is even winning in court may not get the deposit back....especially if landlord is in a different state than rental, so small claims judgement does not help when the landlord ignores it...a bank sweep does not help with landlord in different state, a lien on the property does not help if the landlord is not selling for years. Tenant never gets the security deposit
Can’t wait to take it to court with my slum lord. You guys are the problem.
