- Jaylen Brown and Kristaps Porzingis have been dubbed by Joe Mazzulla as “Cookies & Cream,” and they join Marc and Abby on the VFTR set to dive into their relationship that’s blossomed both on and off the court just months after they became teammates.
Listen to them relive Porzingis getting on the plane as the new guy and stealing JB’s seat (the one JB had held for four years), and the moment they got stuck on the side of the road together at 4 a.m.

I truly love the Chemistry between these two.. I don't think in a million year I would have predicted this. JB and KP, Seriously? It’s cool to get to know whom are the players we all love …..their heart, their character… What’s not to love about the depth of “Esprit de Corps” this team is saturated with. I love these Celtics even more than the Celtics I grew up with in the late 60s, yup. Hondo, Sam Jones, Bill Russel all of them. I loved that era…
This interview had so much potential and I feel like it fell short. The hosts are actually pretty solid but I wish they would just let them talk more. I understand there is a lot they want to hear about in so little time but just let them carry the conversation and it would feel more organic. Overall, though, I think these sit down interviews have only gotten better and I’m excited for more to come ☘️

The vibes I get from this Celtics team is just so different from years past. In years past, there often felt like there was some sort of tension between the different players. This year, it feels like they are relaxed and having fun with each other. Focused, but having fun being focused and working hard together. It's a great vibe they give off.
