Finally! Someone who takes their time to show you how to encapsulate the stone properly. Love how you are so patient in your teachings..it really helps visual learners such as myself. Thank you so much!
Hi 😊 Just wanted to say Thank You so much for sharing your incredible knowledge and Beautiful Creations. I'm excited to try making (one-day soon - when I get tools and correct things needed, that I haven't got already). Your detailed instructions are calming, especially explaining how to control wires, beads etc are excellent ❤. I watch all on TV & still learning UA-cam navigation. Cannot leave comments unless on dinosaur mobile, so on it ATM 🙂. Please know your appreciated & likes are all I can do for now, but will be enjoying everything I'm learning & you make it easy. I'm just learning 😀💖
Welcome, Maria! Thanks for this lovely comment, I'm super happy you're here! Please remember to subscribe if you've not already, so you know when I post new tutorials. Thanks again!
@@PerfectlyTwistedJewelry 🙂I subscribed soon as 1st advertisements stopped, then liked and saved into watch later and folder I'd called Creating Jewellery, because couldn't open new folder with your name /channel as no options on TV for that or to leave comments. Had to wait till on here (mobile phone UA-cam), then saved directly so I can find all these beautiful Creations & lessons without struggling to remember!😢 Memory & time so out of sync, sad when not really a joke, getting older...for me not great, but I love jewellery making, so much to learn. I've accumulated so much for it, just now need to invest in some decent tools. Watching your videos makes me want to get closer to trying to make things set up & enjoy creating. I've got loads of expensive books magazines, but whilst seeing photos of few steps & lists I'd either not be able to find or afford, not any value. I forget what I read often within minutes, so why watching, can follow & pause or rewind as trying to achieve proper directions 🙂 I also try to pop into our op-shops... Thrift stores O/S? Where people donate items that are no longer used so can be purchased for charity stores to help us all have chance to get pretty clothes etc. & old jewellery able to be recycled. Got lots of different things. Some missing stones, hopefully can modify or make something ew with pieces still intact. I'm having trouble getting my earings into piercing sadly these days and have to not wear some favourites because they're pulling earlobes down. Bummer, but might learn way to use lightweight wire & less heavy beads, findings etc. Don't think would ever wear clip ons🙂 Anyways 😂 sorry for life story episode & no need to reply either🙂 No way could I have not subscribed and liked, and really grateful finding your awesome creations & videos, they made me happy, Inspired & eager to have a go soon! 🙂💖
You are an excellent teacher. I just did my first 2 cuff bracelets using your techniques, and they came out beautifully. Didn't even waste any wire or have to start over. Thank you for your detailed instructions and your calm voice. God bless
Great tutorial! I finished my first one and it doesn't look half bad! My elegant curves need work. I learned alot from this. Now I know what to do with all of the quartz I dug up in Arkansas. Thank you for sharing!
Oh happy day!!! Thank you for this wonderful comment, Donna, I am thrilled you did the wrap and now have one you can use for all that Quartz! Yeah! 🤩🤩😘
Such a beautiful piece! When I attempt weaving...bubble city. These Herkimer tutorials are great practice videos. I am trying to be less anxious when I use weaving for anything. Having to force myself to slow down.
Awesome to hear, Genni, yes, weaving is a matter of some practice for the tension and the patterns but after you get it, ... it really clicks in, like knitting, if you do that at all. Thanks!
I have noticed you are making different bales in other tutorials- without half round wire wrapping...do you think that technique would work for this pendant?
Hi Jeanie, yes, that weaved figure 8 bale will work for this and all or most of my other designs too. You just split the two wires and weave rather than keeping them together and wrapping with half round, otherwise, it's the same. Great question! That bale will look great on this wrap!
Good morning, Morgan... that would depend on a few things, the quality of your Herkimer, the size, the metal you use, the method, and certainly what you originally paid for your material... and then the time it takes you to design and build. Pricing is a hard thing to do. It's very dependant on the artist and their materials and design and process. These Herkimer are very very nice, I've sold several in the past 2 years and they are a bit larger than some. So you should compare, maybe even in Etsy... do a search and see where yours might fall. Herkimer pendants can range from less than $50 to over $200, maybe more even in some cases. Hope that helps you!
Thanks again, Morgan, I hope that helped you... if I misunderstood and you wanted to know what I've sold them for, then all of the ones I've sold in Sterling and Fine Silver, have been over $200. My copper ones sold for just under $200. Thanks again!
Thanks for your comment but the copper wire is sealed in my final finishing process and therefore will not change or get dark. Perhaps you might enjoy some of my tutorials on how to finish your jewelry.

Have you tried this with square?
Yes, it works great in either round or square wire. Enjoy!
How would you price something like this?

O mais bonito é a pedra, e você escondeu por detrás dos arames, que mareia e fica feio. Menos arame e mais pedra.
