Thank you so much for this footage! This was my local speedway track as a boy, watching the likes of Bob Blacklaw, Danny Smith, Garry Rush, George Tatnell, Steve Brazier, Bob Tunks, Bob Kelly, Brett Lacey... I remember it fondly, and remember this event as a 6 year old boy as a fan of Garry Rush, Bob Blacklaw and Danny Smith. No longer living in Australia I was there recently to re-live some childhood memories, and this for me is priceless!

Oops Streak crashed on a yellow,,Danny backed off and he did not.
Danny was turning that thing inside out trying to pass. why dont Sprintcars still race like that?

LDN Wholesale - How well I remember coming here, to P.C.R as a late teen and
into my early 20s (in 1986, I was 22) watching my 3 favorite Sprintcar drivers,
Gary Rush, George Tatnell and of course, Bobby Blacklaw do battle for week in
week out over the Summer ... seems like only yesterday, and now, I've got 4
Grandchildren, and one on the way, and Parramatta is to be no more ... how
time fly's ... much like these blokes!!
