  • 🧘🏼‍♂️ Rejuvenate from head to toe with this total body stretch!
    Our bodies are meant to reach, turn, bend and stretch and if you live a more sedentary lifestyle or sit at a desk all day, it's important to take time to move it so you don’t lose it!
    Use this routine a few times a week to improve joint mobility and circulation, increase your range of motion and release tension in your whole body.
    Includes both seated and standing postures.
    Remember a little goes a long way, enjoy!

    It really is astonishing how a quick session right before lunch is so powerful. Yet even if you happen to do these sessions before bed it works just as well. Thanks again.

      @@HappyYogatv Wonderful thanks so much. It would be really nice if we could get a legs on the wall ( chair ) session. There are great benefits just putting our legs up. Still there are also a few stretches the wall/chair assists with too.

    Thank you for this sweet little workout Sarah! It looks deceptively easy but the moves provide some good challenges for my arms, hips and legs!! This is a great start to my day!!!
