Maybe if they would lower their prices ??? Prices went up 20% in the past 4 years, its time to stop protecting these airlines and let other airlines into Canada.
Their premium economy seats are pathetic. No value for the extra money. I travelled in October 2023 on a direct Delhi Toronto Delhi flight. It was a huge disappointment. I recommend carrier a top level management change.
Air Canada refuses to pay compensation or accommodation for any delayed flights; looses luggage consistently; serves you inedible food for breakfast; all while STILL crutching to covid 19 period as an excuse. The amount of customers complaints have created an 18 month backlog that even the Canadian Transport Agency can't deal with. Like someone said the premium economy cabin is pathetic when compared to any other airline in the West i.e. United and is not even comparable to any Asian or Middle Eastern line.
The company is obviously badly managed. Last flight I was on they took my checked in luggage off the plane to make room for carry ons that didn’t fit in the cabin. Then they had to compensate me. Broke my wife’s suitcase and had to compensate her. The food is horrid so I stuff my face at the airport before I get on. The seating is so tight that I’ll fly a different airline for overseas travel, etc.
Forget north american airlines. have canadians tried asian airlines like Korean airline? no delays. no one losing my baggage. great customer service. same price. why on earth would anyone use air canada.

I won't pay for any westjet or Air Canada. I rather bus to Bellingham or Amtrak to Seattle and fly out

Air Canada has been f ing Canada for years.

Air Canada is the worst airline...anyone who fly's it has something wrong with them.
Sadly, if you are within Canada, there aren't many alternatives. WestJet, but they are focusing more on international, which Is good for them...

I am boycotting Air Canada
AC would never be better with the current poor management. The CEO does not speak French, gold heist, bad customer service ...etc..
And its HQ is not legally allowed to move out of Quebec.
I think this might also reflect that Air Canada is absolute garbage. I'd rather eat my own shit than fly Air Canada.
