You guys need a "Certified PFI Ripper" sticker to put onto cars once the dyno session is done. Could color code it for power levels, etc, etc....or something to that effect....prob come up with a cooler phrase that what I listed....but you get the point
I’m not 100% sure I’m remembering this correctly, but I seem to recall that he did a video on how to get your car ready before bring it to your tuner. Could be wrong about that though.
Love how you show your computer screen with the tuning software. I also really enjoy how you talk through what you are doing, that is what sets you apart from other channels. Keep on keepin on
I'm honestly glad you guys took a day off. You need it. Always hustling with the best automotive content. I've learned so much from this channel that I no longer go to a mechanic for simple things. You teach so much. Keep doing you Brent, and the PFI team!
im honestly just happy you guys are thriving in that shop you guys have.. and your content is coming along allot further. watching you tune it like that with the music was almost iconic and i was sooo in tune and watching what you were doing
The DelSol is the car that got me into Hondas in the first place. Old family friend had a brand new one (should tell you how long ago this was), took me for a ride in it, and I just fell in love with how it felt. Now I have a 93 Civic CX with a mini me and a DX transmission.
So amazing to see the progress with your own eyes. On how they diag the problems like the vtec solenoid and the boost controller. PFI Speed is seriously DOPE!!!
You guys put so much time and effort into getting these guys who don't even do basic checks before dyno day right; I hope their lack of preparation comes back to bite them in the ass with the bill. You get what you pay for, and you guys always put in good time and work.
Watching this channel for a while and every time I see Brent tune, it amazes me how much power these sic li'l rides are making. I've been around V8s my whole life and have a buddy that has a shop that builds them, and 400-600 hp is like big numbers for them, and Brent's getting a B18 to make 700+. Granted these are boosted and the V8s NA, but it's still amazing, and then when you consider the power to weight ratio like goddam. I like a variety of builds, even low and slow builds, but I just have to take my hat off to Brent and how he can make these rides boogie.
My mom just bought a 'mint' 1993 Honda Del Sol Si, D16Z6 with a Automatic, disc brakes. The interior is mint, and it's all stock. I've been polishing the paint and detailing the interior all week. Swapped out the blown out struts on all the corners. Still need to bleed the brakes, and replace some exhaust gaskets.
I can not tell you how you make my weeks go by great. I am always looking to see new video and episodes of tuning. I wish you would know the impact of the videos you make. Thank you PFI!
These videos help a lot if you're new to tuning! I do this everyday lol but no dyno still the old fashioned datalog. Thinking about getting a kraftwerks supercharger for my 8th gen si soon.
Brent man thanks for sharing all your work with us man im learning man lol.. got my spec v doing and looking great and i cant wait to jump back on my delsol!
Hey Brent, how do you like that headset? We use them when working on F-15’s. The sound cancelling/enhancing is pretty nice on them but they don’t seem to have the best seal to your ears. Love Half hour of power!🤙
I know when you guys say "Integra Ls" you're talking about the trim level, but just thinking of a lil tegy with a 6.0 sticking out the hood makes me giggle
Love the laptop screen point of view, currently learning smanager myself and your videos help but I wish they were a tad bit more detailed. Keep up the great content Brent!
I have no idea myself, I think its like how the island civic had a cement block. I was thinking its to weigh the engine down so it doesn't shake apart. But someone tell me what its really for :)
I think you should checkout a 1972 suzuki brut.their a lot smaller then the newer ones have 556 gears and a fold down wind sheld and a 2 stroke motor.alway wanted one lifted and a big bike motor.they look like a lot smaller old army jeep strunk.they have lockers also and were imported.just giving you a idea to work with. no one has done one yet and it would really make a wild build.think it would be nearer then that smart car and even smaller in size.a honda would fit in it easy also.

Agreed
With a spot for the tuner to sign it.
Could just use "PFI Tuned" and add a spot for the tuner sig like someone else said
That'd be cool! I like the color code idea, tho I imagine some folk would wanna stay low key.
I thought he had a sticker like that, but it turned out it was the radiator cap sticker 🙄
Owner so happy wants to go to Red Lobster. Jamie “ he hasn’t got my bill yet”. Lol. Keep rippin @PFI SPEED
Whenever I see Brent smile -- it always makes my day.
Also Brent, please make a video showing what people can do to make YOUR life easier on the Dyno.
New battery, full of gas.....
Bring the lad some cocacola's
Don't install a boost controller. Let PFI do it.
I’m not 100% sure I’m remembering this correctly, but I seem to recall that he did a video on how to get your car ready before bring it to your tuner. Could be wrong about that though.

Love itttttttttt. Missing Shawn and his fab content too!!!!!
Excellent display of the power of PFI. Turning a Del Sol into a 10.5 car = MIND BLOWN!
The way you say "Your" half hour of power makes it really feel like 'my' half hour. You're the man Brent.
I'm honestly glad you guys took a day off. You need it. Always hustling with the best automotive content. I've learned so much from this channel that I no longer go to a mechanic for simple things. You teach so much. Keep doing you Brent, and the PFI team!

These videos help a lot if you're new to tuning! I do this everyday lol but no dyno still the old fashioned datalog. Thinking about getting a kraftwerks supercharger for my 8th gen si soon.

Hey Brent, how do you like that headset? We use them when working on F-15’s. The sound cancelling/enhancing is pretty nice on them but they don’t seem to have the best seal to your ears. Love Half hour of power!🤙

Great video; not many tuners will show these details. What about S2000 rehab?
We need the danceing Brent back with half hour of power that was so great
730 hp , if you can get it started. You can tell a lot about a build by quality of the microfiber towel used as a mount for the ÉCU.
Lmfao the lil brent
That del sol makes some jam!!!
I love the half hour of power im waiting for you to give a power intro you guys 🎸
PFI FTW!! Only if I lived closer, PFI would definitely be the ones tuning my ish Built GSR Em1 with the PFI Turbski!!
Lol when the 2step flame got Brent's leg.
Please tell me what u mean by epoxy block? Like how is he running that power with stock sleeves??
What timing light do you lads use? I'm after a new one but can decide what to buy 🤔
@PFI speed will the tune be affected when full length exhaust added? Seems strange they don't install tail pipe before tune! Sweet vid as usual.
Love the laptop screen point of view, currently learning smanager myself and your videos help but I wish they were a tad bit more detailed. Keep up the great content Brent!
Hell ya love that 2 step haha
dancing brent is the best intermission
What can you get out of a fuel system like that? I have -8 feed -6 return, 535 walbro, and south bay 2200’s?

Really appreciate you calling out ecu pin outs Brent. Really helpful
I don't know why but I am ok with the tuning with the silly dancing Brent and 8 bit music
Can someone tell me what kind of adhesive is placed on the rims? that famous espandol sauce
What does it mean by “epoxy block”?
I have no idea myself, I think its like how the island civic had a cement block.
I was thinking its to weigh the engine down so it doesn't shake apart. But someone tell me what its really for :)
google "devcon block filler"
Ok they say it improves cooling and cylinder strength.
Budget sleeving
2step sounds good
WE WANT SHONUFF!
You know when brent put the dancing cartoon on the screen, he finna party🤘🏽🤘🏽
I think you should checkout a 1972 suzuki brut.their a lot smaller then the newer ones have 556 gears and a fold down wind sheld and a 2 stroke motor.alway wanted one lifted and a big bike motor.they look like a lot smaller old army jeep strunk.they have lockers also and were imported.just giving you a idea to work with. no one has done one yet and it would really make a wild build.think it would be nearer then that smart car and even smaller in size.a honda would fit in it easy also.
Alright,alright,yeah man.Take us away from the sh*t, quickly.😁
you're the man Brent!
Please tell me the floor is not the normal position for the ECU in this guys car?!
So your triggering the AC when you want to turn VTEC on? Way cool.
I’ve got to fly out for a few days with you lot it’s just not the same here in the uk
