It's sad that people gave your video a dislike. My Bluetooth that I always used which is my phone Bluetooth headset .
It's a cheap Walmart brand but I like it always work. But for some reason it was not working but was still paired. After unpairing Bluetooth did not want to connect or pair.
But I did exactly what your video was showing and guess what Bluetooth starts working again.

Worked man, I appreciate. Like for a while now my Bluetooth was kinda spotty as it sometimes would take a bit longer to connect on their first try, but then it immediately flat out stopped working. Tried unpairing then repairing my Charge 3, but it couldn't even find it. With this video, it took a while to initially pair (3 attempts), but once it paired, it immediately connected and to confirm, I disconnected and reconnected back to back on 2 extra attempts instantaneously. Thank You!

U need to add it yourself.

@seedymaster there's a button where u can connect Bluetooth things.(but ya need to turn on Bluetooth.)And u need to press on the catalog which your Bluetooth device goes in.(make sure your Bluetooth device is on)then u have to wait (it doesn't take long).. then press on your Bluetooth devices name. Later on it will ask you for it to be a trusted device ( as in when u turn on Bluetooth it will quickly try to connect to that Bluetooth device.)

I dont know if this will help any of yall BUT this is what i did and it worked 🥺❗️
First , you want to go to settings and click on BLUETOOTH
After that, you want to turn ON the bluetooth,,,,, Your bluetooth device name is probably not going to show up yet sooooo,,,
You are going to press on the power button and press it till it says “pairing” or whatever else your bluetooth device might say. If you hear your device just say “power on” keep on pressing it till you hear “pairing”. It might take a few seconds till it says that so just be patient.
After you heard “pairing” go into your bluetooth settings and you should see your bluetooth device name ❗️ Click on it.... and it should say “connected”
My problem was that I wasn’t holding it long enough ;-(
