Hello. I see all your training videos on UA-cam and I have only one question. Exercise should be daily? Can you give me a weekly workout schedule? Do I have to practice passing every day? My progress in 4 months has been very good but at the moment I do not know how to practice
Ballcontrol is Key. Play tic tac on the 5 bar as often as you can, so you don't have to concentrate on it anymore and you can put your focus on the opponents 5 bar. I usually start with a warm up training before every training session that consists of at least 20 min tic tac and 10 min just passing 5 to 3. On the 3 bar you could shoot smaller holes, build in steps/walking, give yourself a signal to shoot and then do it as fast as you can (there are apps for that). 5 bar training could be different tic tac speeds, stop and go tic tac, try every pass till you can pass it 9/10 at least times like you want it. Train 2 to 5 passing, 2 bar shooting and passing to the 3 row for doubles. There is so much to train, focus on your weaknesses, you'll get more creative the more you're able to do on the table.
Basically, you could focus on each bar daily. 1) Start with ball control 2) Practice all your options 3) further practice with your weaknesses. The routine takes about 1-1.5hr depends on your schedule. And you have to play against people to figure out which area requires improvement.
Very good vid but this passing series is very difficult to do on a Garlando or Leonhart table. This series is effective primarily for Tornado or Fireball tables.

Agree, I guess it harder to catch on Garlando, and the balls is a bit “sticky” on Leonhart.
