- In today’s video I will be using Aqua Cast in my amazing new moulds from Boowan Nicole. The Aqua Cast picked up the fine details for a flawless finish. I am so glad that I now know about this wonderful supplier of in-house designed hand made moulds.

All the moulds were beautiful but the ones with uv resin embelishment really blew me away. I love the combination of simple white and stripes of colour.

A thing that could help the Aquacast, is putt some rock salt in a cloth bag, and putting it in the the bucket. The salt tends to absorb moisture.

That architectural jar…OMG! I love the one with the domed building on top but it looks a bit more intricate than the one you showed, so I’ll buy that one next time. Thank goodness for Christmas money lol

Aquacast is new in portugal and i really want to give it a try, I only been using Paris powder but as you Said the Paris plaster os difficult to color and I am afraid to color the aquacast and Invest in pigments that might not be good enough. Love those moulds, do you respect the ratio of aquacast?
Hi, you should try it, you won’t regret it. The pigments from homeware design co on Etsy won’t let you down. The mixing ratio doesn’t have to be followed, it is a general guideline. You can make the mixture thicker or thinner to meet your needs 👍
Is it possible to use the molds for resin?
did you seal the jar before wax , i have seeping of wax.
I can’t remember if I did with these but I have started sealing with Hydroflow sealer after having the same issue.
Did you have to pay import duty.
