Don't have a top ten list at the moment. I'm currently reading Holiness of God by R.C Sproul. And awaiting attributes of God by AW Pink. After that im not sure. But I appreciate all the recommendations from you and others who commented. Thank you!

Books that I would strongly recommend people read in 2023 and beyond are:
-Mortification of the Flesh, by John Owen.
-Duties of Christian Fellowship, by John Owen
    -Reclaiming Christianity, by AW Tozer.
-The Purpose of Man, by AW Tozer
-Ten Indictments Against the Modern Church, by Paul Washer.
-Concerning Christian Liberty, by Martin Luther.
    -Holiness, by JC Ryle.
-How Do You Read the Bible, by JC Ryle
    -Parables, by John MacArthur.
-My Utmost for His Highest, by Oswald Chambers.
-A Girl Born Facing Outside, by Jeanette Li.
STAY AWAY from works written by: Tim Keller, Rick Warren, Billy Graham, Franklin Graham, Lee Strobel, Tony Evans, Max Lucado, Andy Stanley, Beth Moore, Paula White, Matt Chandler, Francis Chan. Obviously many many more, but these are the more popular names which popped in my head.

Excellent list. Both of them. Just finished 10 indictments about a month and a half ago. It was amazing. I adore Paul washer for his unwavering faithfulness to truth. He was spot on 100%

      @@briannehill7583 Thanks.
He sure is a blessing and a challenge to listen to. I’ve got two other books of his; “Essential Means of Grace”, and “Narrow Path, Narrow Way”, and those are both good, too.

well, yikes.. there has been a little scuttlebutt with Doug Wilson and his possible Side B theology. I watched some videos of some comments he made and I have to admit, they were a bit concerning. That is one area where we cannot, should not compromise and it's a major problem. So I will be curious to see what happens with this. Hopefully Doug Wilson will be willing to reconsider.

Not a fan really of Doug Wilson; I do not believe for a moment that he is a false teacher; I just simply find his manner of speaking extremely hard to follow.

@@patrickc3419 I get it. But I can't help but chuckle at Doug. He has a creative way of speaking that I can't help but be drawn to until I realize I didn't really understand a thing he said. But makes me feel like I must be smart if I listen.

@@patrickc3419 I agree , I've listened to Doug and he isn't my cup of tea. His wife has a wonderful podcast for women though. It's called Femina, its one of my favorites.
