Thats a great idea. We don't have any more details other than it's suppose to open back up in the fall, but nothing has come out regarding when the exact date will be.
@@realtorjamielennon I just saw another realtor talking about it saying they were going to have about 2 mil, last time they had 3 mil and it was gone in about 10 days, by the way I love your videos
@@star_platinum2821 correct! It will be less time around. I expect the money will run out in a week. It’s telling that most want to own, but it’s become severely unobtainable for the masses and people need the help! Hopefully they can continue to offer this for years to come 🤞
When I left San Diego in 1997 you could still buy a home for 180k think I will stay in WV, 2 million would by me 2000 acres with a big house and endless hunting.
@@toothnail605 the village is now being built up for hi density housing. The Ace hw strore shopping center will be torn down. Over by aviara the produce warehouse is being changed to low income housing. I remember palomar airport road was two lanes. Bressi ranch was the cowboy actor land. Its was really nice to see open land there. The flower fields used to be pointsettias and went down to Ponto.

Carlsbad is Awesome. What a gem.
Great content as always. Love Socal and Carlsbad & Encinitas are my favorites.
working on a video comparing Carlsbad vs. Encinitas :)
One of my preferred places in the world. From Luxembourg (Europe).
🙌
Sadly, the oyster farm is now closed, but I have to say as a local this is one of the best Carlsbad tour videos I've seen lately. Good job.
@@brittmccann thx! Carlsbad is great. Bummer about the oyster farm-that was such a cool spot.
You are looking gorgeous ❤
Awesome - I'm looking for options when traveling with a dog. Leave dog behind is not an option. So attractions, dining, beach, shopping. Thanks
So dog friendly! You would have no problems having your pup tag along.
you should do a video on the dreams for all program
