Just one request can you do veggie curries (gram dhall brinjal mushroom peas butternut herbs beans etc) and veg breyani. Thank you
Lamb Biryani 1Kg Lamb Prepared with 1 tablespoon kashmiri chilli powder, 1 tablespoon madras masala, 1 teaspoon tumeric, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon leaf masala and 1 bunch each of coriander and mint chopped 2 Heaped teaspoons of ginger & garlic paste, 350g Double cream yogurt Salt to taste Allow to marinate for 12 hours or atleast 2 hours Rice: Boil 2 Cups of sella basmati rice with half a cup of brown lentils ( 80% cooked) Add 1 Bay leaf, half a teaspoon tumeric, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 cardamoms Potatoes and Onions prep: Fry 6 potatoes in ghee or half butter half oil till cripsy Fry sliced onions in ghee or half butter half oil till browned nicely To cook: Add oil to pot, then add cumin seeds, 1 aniseed, 2 black & green cardamoms each, 1 bay leaf, 4 cloves, 2 chillis and 10 curry leaves Then add 2 Onions sliced and cook for 5-7 minutes Then add 1 tomato sliced and cook for 3 min Add your marinated meat and salt to taste At 45 min mark add potatoes Cook for another 15 min Remove pot from stove and layer some onions then your 80% cooked rice and lentils Then use the last bit of onion for the top Latsly add knobs of butter and saffron water Foil Pot and pop in the oven 160deg for 1 hour

Lamb Biryani
1Kg Lamb
