A worst experience story. The first complaint mailed from registered email account on 18 June and now it's 27 June . Is this HBL's active and quick complaint resolve cell? I'm fed up now. This seems lack of seriousness and professionalism. I'm surprised on this kind of customer service. Why is the daily transaction limit only 25k? There is no option to increase it either. It goes from 1 to 25k max.
