You need a slide deck example for a fictional CRM company or something to bring the GTM visualization home. This high-level strategy is great but some practical use examples would be great!
Glad you liked it. It's very gracious that Team @Slidebean and @Caya ask us to do these #collabs which we really enjoy doing and hope they bring a lot of value to the Slidebean audience! Thanks for watching! - Steve
Thx. I love analogies to help connect sometimes difficult-to-understand concepts with something much more concrete. Or well, fishy. ;-) Thx for watching! - Steve
The title of this video doesn't do justice to the content. I have learnt so much from this video. Had it in my watch later for days because i thought it was just a quick brush up on how to design the go to market slide for a pitch deck

do you have any referrals of people that can help in creating a great pitch deck? I am 69 and I understand most of what you are talking about. I wished I had heard about you 5 years ago. But some things are a bit out of reach in doing. I over think
Love the information but I gotta say, the lighting looks a bit off to me. I know these are hard times but if you can fix that by adding a fill light it would be awesome. I just think dramatic shadows don't go well with the style of content you produce. I have derived a lot of value form this channel and thought I would give my creative criticism and again, it's just my opinion, if you think this fits, well then please do continue to do it!
Agreed. I didn't have a fill light the day I shot this. I had to prioritize even green screen lighting so it was easy to key out in post over a proper fill light. We will do it properly next time. Thanks for the feedback! - Dustin
@@DreamItVentures thank you for understanding, and its completely okay! and I understand why you would prioritise the green screen! a proper key is so difficult to get in bad lighting and when badly done looks awful. If you ever find yourself in such a situation again, just a friendly tip, you can use something to bounce off the key light and also make it act like a fill, I used to do this when I use to make videos early on, I would use the window as a key and a thermocol sheet to reflect and act as a fill!. Anyways, great video, and we gotta work with what we have and the information you give in invaluable, I have subscribed to your channel as well, looking forward to some awesome content! also, thanks for responding, a lot of the creators don't have the humbleness to respond and interact with their fans!
@@vardhanmahajan7135 Good note about using the window as a key or even maybe a fill in a pinch! I just hate using an uncontrolled light source when doing green screen. Thanks for the critique and we certainly appreciate the sub on the Dreamit and Slidebean channels! - Dustin

I’m still curious about how to create a go to market strategy slide. What’s the format? Do you have an example of a go to market slide?
There are plenty of templates here: slidebean.com/templates
