To those having trouble, try changing the angle you are holding your ukulele. If you have it turned so you can see the fretboard more easily it will be very hard to get this chord. Hold your ukulele so it is facing front, play an F chord, then bring down your ring finger onto the fret just behind your middle finger. I hope this helps someone. It can be hard to fit all the fingers that close together! You'll want to feel your middle and ring fingers laying right next to each other and almost "squeezing" together to fit. The size of the ukulele can be a factor too. I find I have the most difficulty playing this chord on a soprano size because of the smaller space between the frets. Keep practicing!
