No one has ever been able to make me understand the collections, collection sets, folders, and sharing these folders to the cloud before today. You made EVERYTHING about cataloging in LR simpler and more understandable. Thank you!

Nice video - I've finally got a laptop to start bringing all my images together using LR Classic after using Lightroom. I do note that Adobe are ceasing the ability to sycn to cloud from Feb 2024 so not sure I'll be able to synch back and forth from then

The act of sync only affects outside Adobe's apps. It's my opinion, that Classic will be retired in the future. I've recorded a video that's coming out on New Year's Eve explaining my thoughts - ua-cam.com/video/gpx0qnpdelA/v-deo.html

What happens if you send one to photoshop as a Tif will that automatically appear in the collection I went from or is that only going to appear in the folders?

If you send from a collection to an external editor, the file will be saved back to your folders but will also appear in the collection. If you edit from a folder, it will only appear in the folder.
